How to be patient?

12:1 Since we are surrounded by so many witnesses like a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight and the sin that so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance toward the goal set before us. The journey ahead, Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, 12:2 Look to Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith. (Or looking to Jesus, the author and perfecter of the faith) For the joy that was set before him, he endured the cross, despising the shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.12:3 He who endures such defiance from sinners , consider it, lest you grow weary and lose heart. For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds. 12:4 Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin. 12:5 And ye have forgotten that which exhorts you as to sons, saying, My son, do not despise the discipline of the Lord, nor lose heart when he rebukes you. And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him:12:6 For those whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth them all. Adopted son. For whom the Lord loves he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. 12:7 For whom ye endure chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. How can a son not be disciplined by his father? 12:8 Discipline is what all sons receive. If you do not accept discipline, you are bastards and no longer sons. But if ye be without chastisement, where of all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons. 12:9 Moreover, if we have respect for our physical Father, who disciplines us, how much more should we respect the Father of spirits, how much more should we not Should we obey him and live? 12:10 Our biological father disciplines us temporarily according to his own will. But the Father of spirits disciplines us for our good, so that we may partake of his holiness. For they verily for a few days chastened us after their own pleasure; but he for our profit, that we might be partakers of his holiness. 12:11 All discipline is not joyful at the time, but sorrowful at the time. But for those who have been trained in it, it bears the peaceful fruit of righteousness. Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby. 12:12 Therefore lift up your drooping hands and your sore legs.

Wherefore lift up the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees; (crooked feet or wrong way)
