In the 13th year of Tianbao (754), Feng Changqing was appointed as the Northern Dynasty satrap and our ambassador to Yixi. After reasoning, Cen Can returned to the north. That summer, he went to Feng Changqing, where he served as a judge and an agreement. It was not until May of the second year of Su Zongde (757) that Fengxiang (that is, Fufeng) returned to the East.
