Guide to self-rehabilitation of viral cold

When we talk about colds, especially viral colds (that is, flu), most people's first thought is to seek medical help. But for some mild patients or friends who occasionally catch a cold, in fact, the body itself has certain self-recovery ability. When your body is unwell because of fatigue, stress or typhoid fever, it is actually fighting a silent war of self-recovery for you. In order to refuel this battle, you need to do the following:

Reasonable rest

Reduce the pace and intensity of work, or try to deal with tasks in blocks and give yourself more rest time.

Ensure adequate sleep.

Go to bed early at night and try to fall asleep before ten o'clock. At least 8 hours of sleep every night is an important guarantee for restoring physical strength.

Replenish water

Warm boiled water is the best choice, 2-3 liters per day, depending on the weight. Remember to distribute the drinking time evenly to avoid excessive intake at one time.

Balanced nutrition

Eating more fresh vegetables and fruits, especially oranges rich in vitamin C, will help your body recover quickly. This is much cheaper than taking medicine!
