Haizi (1964- 1989), formerly known as Cha Haisheng, is a contemporary young poet from Chawan Village, Gaohe Town, Huaining County, Anqing City, Anhui Province. Haizi grew up in the countryside. 1979 15 was admitted to the law department of Peking University, and began to write poems during the university. 1983 after graduation, Peking University was assigned to work in the philosophy department of China University of Political Science and Law. 1On March 26th, 989, he committed suicide lying on the track near Shanhaiguan, at the age of 25.
1983 After graduating from Peking University, Haizi was assigned to work in the Philosophy Department of China University of Political Science and Law. 1984 created the famous works "Asian Copper" and "The Sun of Al", using Haizi as his pen name for the first time. In less than seven years from 1982 to 1989, Haizi has created works of nearly two million words, and published The Land, The Works of Haizi and Luo Yihe, The Poems of Haizi and The Complete Poems of Haizi, etc.
In the poet's life, from 1984' s "Asian Copper" to 1989' s last poem "Spring, Ten Haizi", Haizi created nearly 2 million words of poems, dramas, novels, papers and notes. Famous works include Asian Copper, Wheat Field, Dream as a Horse, Poetry for the Daughter of Night, etc.
