Chapters 25 to 40 are the focus of this book, including the central point of this book:
The whole Bible says that God will build his dwelling place on the earth, and his dwelling place is represented by the tabernacle here. Chapter 25 begins with the construction of the tabernacle, including the ark of the Covenant, the atonement cover, the table for displaying bread, the golden lampstand, the golden incense altar, the burning altar and the copper washbasin.
Escape process:
1. Hebrews are slaves in Egypt and have no combat experience. The shortest route from Egypt to Canaan is through the coastal road of the Philistines who are good at war. God understands their weakness and is afraid that they will get discouraged at the sight of the enemy, so he deliberately takes them everywhere.
2. Seeing the departure of the Hebrews, the capricious Pharaoh began to regret it and sent his troops to pursue it. When there was no road ahead and there were pursuers behind, God separated the water in the Red Sea and let the Hebrews cross it safely. The sea is complex, and Egyptian soldiers are buried in the belly of fish.
3. The Hebrews started their new career, relying on faith and following the lead of Moses, and marched on Mount Sinai.
