Booster station

The booster station is responsible for managing each oil production well and water injection well within its jurisdiction, ensuring normal production, and connecting each oil production well site (for the convenience of management, multiple wells The oil production wells and water injection wells will be placed in a relatively spacious area, called a well pad) to collect the oil, which is briefly pre-processed and then pressurized and output to the next station.

Water injection station

The water injection station extracts formation water or collects oil field water separated from crude oil, stores, purifies, and pressurizes it, and distributes the water to the water injection site through several water injection trunk lines. On the well, it is injected into the oil layer to provide formation power for oil production.

Union Station

The main function of the Union Station is to separate the oil, gas and water from the crude oil delivered by all booster stations to meet the standards for external transmission and handover (moisture content is less than 0.5% ), the crude oil is delivered through the oil delivery shift, usually to the oil transportation department (a secondary unit under Changqing Oilfield Company). The combined station usually also has the function of a boosting station, managing some oil production wells and water injection wells, and some even need to host a boosting station or skid-mounted boosting point. At the same time, the booster station also has the function of a water injection station, which needs to distribute the water separated from the crude oil to the water injection well. Some joint stations will transfer this water to the water injection station, which is completed by the water injection station.

The well area director (no rank), the leader of the well area, is responsible to the operation area manager and is in charge of the overall work of the well area.

The Secretary of the Party Branch of Jing District (no rank), the second-in-command of the Jing District, is responsible to the Secretary of the General Party Branch of the operation area, and is in charge of the party-mass, external cooperation and logistics support.

There is at least one deputy well district director, and there can be at most many (and the first deputy well district director is set). He is responsible for all production work in the well district, including oil and water well production, safety, equipment, etc., usually They all lead teams to work in well sites. Responsible to the well district director and upward to the deputy production manager in charge of safety and equipment.

Well area technician (my position), at least one, usually no more than two, is responsible for all technical aspects of the well area, including station warehouse processes and technical data monitoring, and production parameters of oil and water wells And dynamic observation, technical information, instrumentation management, digital equipment management, employee training, etc., usually lead a team to work on the well site. Responsible to the well district director, upward to the deputy production manager in charge of technology, and connected to the production technology room.

The above four positions are grassroots management positions and cadres in the well area.

Small classes are mostly held by women and have a large number of people (usually three shifts). The main tasks are monitoring and uploading and delivering information. Since oil is produced 24 hours a day, the small team needs to monitor the station process and operation status, the operation status of oil production wells and water injection wells 24 hours a day, handle necessary on-site work, and report to the well area cadres if they cannot operate. It's very hard and requires shift work. Responsible to the well area director and well area technician, and directly managed by the well area technician.

The top class is held by men and has a large number of people. The main job is to handle various tasks at the station warehouse and oil and water well sites. It is very tiring for those who work hard, but there is no need to worry about it, as long as you keep working. Keep yourself and others safe at all times. Responsible to the well district chief and deputy well district chief, and directly managed by the deputy well district chief, usually a senior shift leader will be set up to take the lead.

Laboratory technicians will be equipped in joint stations or larger stations. Their main tasks are to test the moisture content and salinity of oil well oil samples, monitor the moisture content and oil content at the outlet of the three-phase separator oil and water chamber, External oil moisture content and so on. It is also usually managed directly by the well site technician.
