Writing background
Du Fu (7 12-770), with beautiful words, was a great poet in the prosperous Tang Dynasty and was known as a "poet saint". My ancestral home is Xiangyang, Hubei, and my ancestral home is Gongxian, Henan. When the grandson of Du Fu, a poet in the early Tang Dynasty, officials stayed to collect the remains. Later, he entered Shu State, and his friends recommended him to be the Minister of Jian Nan and the Minister of Industry.
Du Fu is as famous as Li Bai and is known as "Du Li" in the world. The core of his thought is the Confucian thought of benevolent government. He has the great wish of "following the gentleman first, and being pure after the custom". He loves life, people and the great rivers and mountains of the motherland. He hates evil, criticizes and exposes corruption in the court and dark phenomena in social life. He sympathized with the people and even fantasized that he was willing to make self-sacrifice to save their suffering.
This is the earliest extant work of Du Fu. This was written when he visited Zhao Qi for the first time in the 24th year of Kaiyuan (736). The poet was 25 years old. It is a magnificent landscape poem, which shows the magnificent and beautiful scenery of Mount Tai. The poem is permeated with the poet's love for the magnificent rivers and mountains of the motherland and the spirit of ambition, initiative, optimism and self-confidence in his youth. The predecessors were full of praise for this poem, and the phrase "green and dripping, spanning the height of Qilu and Qilu" won unanimous support. Guo Jun said: "There are thousands of words that Uncle Du can't say." (For the above two sentences, see General Comment on the Forest of Tang Poetry). The poem "Five words are too high". The last two sentences of this poem are also commented quite well. Pu Qilong's Reading Du Xin Jie said, "The final couplet is dominated by the future.
Du Fu wrote three poems about Wang Yue in his life. Although the topic is the same, the description object, background, theme, genre and style are different. These three poems were written by Du Fu when he was twenty-five, forty-seven and fifty-eight. Reading and comparing them together, we can get a glimpse of Du Fu's different experiences and mental processes in his youth, middle age and twilight years. Wang Yue, who sings Mount Tai, represents Du Fu's radiant and enterprising life in his youth. Looking at the Moon, written by Yong Huashan, represents Du Fu's middle-aged frustrated and restless life. Yong Hengshan's Wang Yue can represent Du Fu's life in his later years.
Mount Tai is famous for its profound cultural connotation. Literati and writers of all ages came here to visit and left many poems. However, since the publication of Du Fu's poem Wang Yue, this masterpiece is often the first thing people think of when they mention Mount Tai. Today, there are four stone carvings of the poem "Looking at Yue" on Mount Tai, and many people extract the poem, which shows the popularity of this poem.

There is not a word "Wang" in the whole poem, and every sentence is addressed to Yue. Distance from far to near, time from morning till night, from full moon to dusk, full moon hangs in the future. The first sentence is "How majestic Mount Tai is! ? When I first saw Mount Tai, I was so happy that I didn't know how to describe it. Very vivid. Dai is another name of Mount Tai, and is honored as Dai Zong because he ranks first among the five mountains. "How is the husband?" What is this? In ancient Chinese, the word "fu" was usually used as a function word at the beginning of a sentence. This is a new creation and unique when it is integrated into this poem here. Although the word "fu" has no practical significance, it is indispensable. The so-called "vivid portrayal in the middle of a block". "The greenery is dripping, spanning Qilu and Qilu." It is the answer after some pondering. It's really an amazing sentence. To say that Mount Tai is high, unlike Xie, is neither abstract. Instead, I write my own experience in an ingenious way-I can also see Mount Tai in the ancient Qilu country, setting off the height of Mount Tai with distance. The south of Mount Tai is Lu, and the north of Mount Tai is Qi, so this sentence cannot be used for other mountains. In the Ming Dynasty, Mo Ruzhong's poem "Wangyue Building in Dengdong County" said: "Qilu has not arrived yet. Who will succeed Ling Du in the poem?" It is reasonable for him to put forward this poem in particular and think that no one can succeed.
What a magnificent scenery Mount Tai is! Endless green covers two countries.
What's Mount Tai like? Walking on the land of Qilu, I saw a lush green.
The creator has endowed all the mysterious nature here with elegance, and? The day immediately enters dawn and dusk. ..
Nature seems to have a soft spot for Mount Tai, concentrating its magic and beauty on it. The high peaks divide the north and south of Mount Tai into a bright side and a dark side, as if it is dusk on one side and Chen Chong on the other.
Caiyun lave? My mind is free and easy, and birds fly around in front of my nervous eyes ..
Looking closely at Mount Tai, the clouds in the mountain sprout and cascade, which makes people feel ups and downs. The poet opened his eyes wide and tried his best to stretch his eyesight and appreciate the returning birds flying to the deep mountains.
Try to climb to the top of the mountain: it dwarfs all the peaks under our feet.
From seeing the mountain to climbing it, from admiring its name for a long time, to looking at it from afar, and then deciding to climb it.
This is a five-character ancient poem, which looks like five laws. Although the whole poem is five words, eight sentences and forty words, there are two antitheses in the middle, but the flat lines in the sentences are not arranged in the prescribed order, and the sentences are not stuck together. Therefore, the anthologies of past dynasties are classified as "five-character ancient poems". The structure of this poem is well analyzed in Volume I of Detailed Notes on Qiu Du's Poems in Qing Dynasty: "Poetry is freehand and divided into four layers.
