Looking from the side door, you can see the two characters of "Caotang" piled with broken blue and white porcelain tiles, and then turn around, it is a tortuous passage surrounded by two short red walls. Dark red walls, muddy roads paved with stones, and quiet bamboo forests outside the walls are very quiet. This dark red, which is often used in ancient buildings, will naturally produce such a solemn and quiet charm.
Through the wall, a new world was opened, and dozens of towering cypresses and nanmu stood in the grassy courtyard. A group of four halls, connected by small bridges and stone roads, is a series of main buildings of the thatched cottage.
Go through the flower garden and walk to the shrine of the Ministry of Industry. This is the last group of halls in the thatched cottage. In the small temple, there are several big trees surrounded by stone altars scattered in the front yard. Behind the thatched cottage is a small earth mountain, and a stream bypasses the thatched cottage on the right. There is a cloister sill in front, and you can enjoy the round lotus in the pool by the railing. The thatched cottage is simple but does not lose its scale, giving people a feeling of seclusion and seclusion, similar to Du Fu's living style in those days. This newly renovated thatched cottage is not far from the original thatched cottage rebuilt hundreds of years ago. On the outermost wall of the hall, there is an old painting of stone carving, where the outline is very similar to today.
