Tang Shi Jiao Ran's poetic style, "Poetry has five forms: first, it is redundant; Second, it is useful (unnecessary, retreat to the second form with low intention); Third, direct use (some are unnecessary and retreat to the third form); Fourth, it is unnecessary (out of the third form, into the fourth form).
Nothing, just writing poems without allusions. Jiao Ran took "nothing to do" as the first example, and still played the theme of Zhong Rong's poems. "Preface to Poetry" said: "Looking at the past and present is better than words, and there are many things that are not empty, and they are all straightforward." He also said, "As far as chanting love is concerned, why use it?"
Jiao Ran takes "action" as the second case, referring to poems with allusions. However, according to his own notes, there are also works without allusions but with low intentions. Therefore, Jiao Ran listed the first case of "doing nothing", which should include the affirmation of intention. The article "Poetry with Emphasis on Meaning" in Poetic Style says: "However, it is extremely important to see the feelings without saying anything." Zhong Rong also attached importance to conception: "Every bitter article is complicated and of little significance."
"Directly using things" means directly using things and abusing allusions. Just like Zhong Rong criticized "almost the same book money" or "the quality of wood without words". This grid also includes useless but low-style poems.
"Nothing to do" means that a poem has allusions but no content. This style is similar to an ethos of criticism in Shi Pin: "Seek novelty, come to the author, and become a custom." Therefore, there are no empty words in the sentence and no empty words in the language. However, the British have few natural intentions. "
The fifth situation means that poetry is not only useless, but also more heartless and more moral. Jiao Ran said, "Since the Western Han Dynasty, the style has changed four times. The fear of elegance will disappear and the desire for business will be compared with the proof of its source. " Poetry "column five, is a feeling. Jiao Ran lived in the mid-Tang Dynasty, and the atmosphere of competing for beauty became more and more prosperous. Therefore, Jiao Ran should trace back to the source and save his heart, feelings, affairs and style.
