Brief introduction of Qin Liyan

Qin Liyan is currently teaching at the Institute of Comparative Literature and Comparative Culture of the Chinese Department of Peking University. Peking University, Bachelor and Master, Ph.D. in Comparative Literature, University of California, San Diego, USA. His research interests include Sino-American literary relations, Sino-British literary relations, modern British and American poetry and China films.

He is the author of The Ideal World and Its Cracks: A Study of Wordsworth's Narrative Poems. There are translations such as I wander alone like a cloud-Wordsworth's lyric poems and Wordsworth's narrative poems. And engaged in poetry creation, published poetry collections "respective worlds", "happy moments" and "Borges in the subway".
