Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty was a very talented monarch. During his 60 years in power, he made great efforts to govern the country and maintained political integrity, peace and prosperity. At the same time, he is also a great genius. He is not only good at painting and calligraphy, diligent in collecting, but also keen on writing poems. It is reported that he wrote more than 4 1863 poems in his life, exceeding the sum of more than 2,000 poets in the whole Tang Dynasty.
Gan Longyi lived for 89 years, which translated into more than 32,000 days. Excluding the growth time of childhood, the time that can be used to write poetry will not exceed 30 thousand days. According to more than 40 thousand poems, on average, more than one poem is written every day.
Emperor Qianlong was very satisfied with his poetic achievements. 1799, when emperor Qianlong reviewed his career in poetry creation, he proudly said that in the ninth year, the accumulated articles were almost the same as those of the poets of the whole Tang Dynasty, which did not mean that Yilin was a much-told story.
Emperor Qianlong thought it was an art story. However, it is worth mentioning that the poems of Emperor Qianlong only have quantity, but not much quality. So his poems are always laughed at by later generations.
Gan Long, Emperor of the Qing Dynasty, Aisin Gioro Hung Li, was born on September 25th 17 1 year and died on February 7th 1799. He was the sixth emperor of the Qing Dynasty, the fourth emperor after entering the customs, the fourth son of Yong Zhengdi, and his mother was Niu Kelu. The year number "Qianlong" means "Heaven prospers".
