I remember that on a hot afternoon, an owner came to the property management company to make a scene because of the installation of the protective net, demanding to agree to his unreasonable conditions, facing the incomprehensible query, facing the angry owner, and facing his abuse, we were very sad, and my tears swirled in my eyes. But at that moment, I understood that quarreling was useless, the cold war was useless, communication was the most important thing, and mutual understanding was the most important thing. We had a sincere dialogue with the owner, telling him the truth, from beauty to safety, from the system to asking for patience. After more than two hours of persuasion and explanation, the owner was finally moved by our sincerity and gave up the idea of installing a non-standard protective net. At that moment, compared with the previous grievances and sadness, a sense of accomplishment was born. I am thinking, this is the strength of our

team, the collective wisdom, the achievement of hard work and tears, and the belief of treating every owner patiently and sincerely.

I still remember that it was Christmas Eve in 2xx. After a day's delivery, we walked out of the office tired. It was very late, and the wind in early winter blew on our faces. It turned out that an owner who had just delivered the house came to the door, because he questioned that the company had too little security during the delivery period. When we walked into the office with Director Hu, we saw an old man, who was loudly questioning XXX, who was on duty, and stood in front of the owner without saying a word.

in the face of such an emotional old man, Mr. Hu first stabilized his mood and showed his identity. He patiently and meticulously explained that before the establishment of the owners' committee, the property company could be designated by the developer or selected through bidding, and after the establishment of the owners' committee, the old man was still dissatisfied with our security work. Director Hu said that during the delivery period, because the owner did not move in, the security work was relatively less stressful, so only some people were arranged to be on duty. However, since the owner asked, it will be our goal to improve our work, and the company will immediately study how to strengthen the security duty in the community.

It's late at night, watching the old man leave after getting a satisfactory answer, our hearts are warm.

It's a vivid lesson, which makes us really understand the true meaning of property service, that is, "all take the satisfaction of the owner as the service standard, all take the satisfaction of the owner as the work goal and all take the satisfaction of the owner as the action criterion." Only by thinking of the owner wholeheartedly can we carry out our work better. Only by serving the owner wholeheartedly can our work be recognized by the owner. Only by planning for the owners wholeheartedly is the purpose of our Lily trip.
