Appreciation of New Year's Eve

the moon reflects the quiet forest pond, and the wind is cool with laughter.

"Year's Eve" originally refers to the season. Beginning of spring is the first of the 24 solar terms, but this solar term sometimes appears at the beginning of the lunar calendar and sometimes at the end of the previous year. In the latter case, it is called "the end of the year" (that is, the end of the year), and it is also called "inner spring" by the people. "New Year's Eve" here refers to the ninth month of the lunar calendar. At this time, the autumn water is clear and the chrysanthemums are blooming, which is not inferior to the spring scenery. And because it is near the end of the year, "there is no scenery after this scene", so it is more cherished than spring scenery. Wang Anshi took the season ("the evening of the year") rather than the scenery as the topic, precisely to highlight this feeling of "cherishing the streamer at the end of the year". "The moon reflects the light of the forest pond", which shows that it is not a hazy crescent moon, at least half a month. The bright moon and the clear waves set each other off, clear and moving, which foreshadowed "sailing in the wild" The chrysanthemum beside the pond, hidden in the branches and leaves, is still dark despite the moonlight, which explains why it is necessary to "find". "The wind is cool with laughter", with the word "containing", we can see that laughter is slowly rippling in the wind, then this wind is a breeze. It is precisely because of this breeze that we can "stand in the fragrance"-stand for a moment, waiting for the "fragrance" of chrysanthemums to drift in. It can be seen that the scenes displayed in the works are harmonious and unified despite the changes in circulation. The poet's brushwork is extremely fine.

The two couplets in the middle describe the poet's enjoyment process. "Look down" sentence to enjoy the water, "stand up" sentence to enjoy the flowers. The word "green static" is quite interesting. Before Wang Anshi, many poets used "green" and "quiet" to express the moving of water, such as Li Bai's Xiangyang Song: "Looking at the duck's head green in Hanshui." Xie _ "Going to the Three Mountains Late and Returning to Wangjing": "Chengjiang is as quiet as practice." Therefore, the use of "green static" to refer to water implies this kind of description, so its function is not limited to pairing with "delicate fragrance", and it is also picturesque, which just shows the "pity" (loveliness) of water.

Xu _, a Song Dynasty poet, once said: "Jing Gong loves to see the shadows in the water, which is also good in nature, such as' autumn water describes the river, and the lotus roots are all the way'. There is also a poem in Peach Blossom:' The green ditch rises around in spring, overlooking the red shadow and moving the fishing boat'. They all watch their shadows. " Looking down at the pond in the third and fourth sentences is not just looking at the water (so there is no need to "peek"), but fascinated by the "shadows in the water": moon shadows, tree shadows, flower shadows and all related scenery. The word "peep" is very vivid and vividly writes the poet's personality; Not only that, it is also in contrast to "Xiaoli", and the wind is leisurely.

The phrase "looking for something new with the young" comes from the sentence "standing small": the wisps of fragrance by the pond tempt the poet, so he is more interested and "looking for the young". An old man and a young man appeared in the picture, and they were so close to each other that the words were endless, which took care of the "laughter" above. "Helping the poor to sit in the wild air", go to the next level to show the fun. "supporting the decline", although aging and strong; "Wild Sailing" is a kind of boat "just for two or three people" (Du Fu's "South Neighbor"). Old and frail, and sitting on a ship that is not a painting boat, there is neither the noise of flute pipes nor the joy of friends, but it arouses his high interest in swimming. If nothing else, it is this autumn moon that reflects the night in Lintang and the deep feelings of "cherishing the streamer at the end of the year". Therefore, "supporting the elderly" is not a sigh, nor is "wild sailing" a ridicule, but it is necessary to reflect his feelings more deeply through the two.

The last couplet is the finishing touch. "Extended edge", lingering. "Long-overdue" has a great capacity, which not only includes all the above-mentioned enjoyment processes, but also shows that the poet is still traveling at night after "supporting the decline and sailing in the wild". As for when he will be "dead", there is no explicit writing or suggestion, but only a meaningful explanation of the reason for the "prolonged fate": "I cherish the streamer at the end of the year." With this sentence, all the pictures describing the enjoyment gain the soul, and readers can imagine and aftertaste according to their own understanding. Although this poem is plain with a pen, it still has endless implications, which is why.
