3. Use network resources to train new members of the alliance. During his tenure, he presided over two training sessions for new members of the alliance. The first batch of 13-level students who passed were: Gao Han, Xia Qilong, Meng Yitong, Sheng Xia, Zhou Qing, Pang Xuehong, Su Guansheng, and Xu Lijia; the second batch of 14-level students: Wang Haimei, Yang Hexiang, Zhou Jielan, Chen Guiheng, Jiang Songqi, Peng Yu, Wu Tingyan, Wu Yingxue, Yang Ting, Liu Tianlong, Cheng Yue, He Jucong.
4. Recommend league rookies to the outside world. During my tenure, I repeatedly recommended Alliance articles to websites such as Zhixinwen.com, Haikou.com, and Greater China Hometown. In early 2015, I recommended Hainan University Haiyun Literary Society, Haikou Economics College Zhugenquan, Hainan Normal University Hongfan Poetry Society, and Hainan More than ten poetry lovers from the Nandujiang Literary Society of the Institute of Science and Technology and other societies joined the World Chinese Poetry Association.
5. Since taking over the post of Secretary-General, the alliance has carried out external exchanges. On behalf of the Hainan University Literary Alliance, he participated in the 2013 annual meeting of "Yangpu Bay. Greater China Hometown"; Cai Kaifan's new book meeting in Tianya Community; attended Zhang Haowen's reading of "The Book of Jue Qin" in the Hainan University Human Library and other large-scale activities.
