Analyzing Works with Russian Formalism

Russian formalists pay attention to the literariness of literature. They think that literature is a self-referential language, that is, talking about one's own language. Unlike everyday language, everyday language is just a practical language to convey information. If Pushkin's To Kane is expressed in everyday language, there are only three words: I love you. In fact, all love poems can be expressed in these three words. In fact, Qian Qian's love has thousands of aspects of Qian Qian, each of which has its own unique and beautiful world, its own pain, its own sweetness, its own sadness and its own love. This paper attempts to analyze Kane from the perspective of formalism, hoping to better understand the unique aesthetic world shown in this poem.

First, the "wonderful moment" of the defamiliarization

In fact, in the full text, we can easily see that there is such a narrative logic line. "I" and Kane first met, then parted, and finally reunited. This seems to be a very simple event, and there is nothing to say in structure, but Pushkin has captured the poetry of plain life and the wonderful moment. The beautiful moment of meeting for the first time brought a beautiful shock to me, which made me have infinite reverie, but I left helplessly, making me gradually forget that moment. It was not until the reunion that the long moment was aroused and touched "my soul". These two wonderful moments are the most important poetic features of the full text, that is, "defamiliarization", which can best reflect the essence of poetry. In the eyes of Russian formalists, in our daily life, because we are used to life, our perception is slowly paralyzed, and the beauty of life is subconsciously ignored by us, that is, automation. The essence of literature is "making strangers", changing what we have experienced and taken for granted in front of us, giving us freshness, thus restoring people's perception of the beauty of life and enabling them to gain a unique aesthetic experience. There are many skills of defamiliarization, and I will put forward the skills below. Here I mainly want to talk about the poetry of that wonderful moment.

Epiphyllum is a short-lived plant. Their lives are short. Compared with them, human beings live longer, but even so, people often feel that they have wasted their time and often complain that life is boring. If a person can remember that wonderful moment like Pushkin, he will understand and love life better. That wonderful moment, like a star that never falls day and night, will dispel the haze of life for us, so that the starry sky above us will always be clear and bright, and a minute of happy memories will be enough for us to enjoy life. After all, as long as we don't lose our memory, we will meet our old friends day and night in our dreams, and that wonderful moment is like this.
