Prose and poetry style

Postscript: lonely lamp, lawyer's poetry collection.

Law, like a rope, can bind the body, but it cannot bind people's desires.

Poetry has a soul. Although it can't replace reality, it can glimpse the infinite beauty of life.

The journey of life, with more poetry, will have fewer mistakes. commemorate

The world needs laws and poems with temperature.

-Why did you write the poem "Lawyer's Notes Series"?

Lawyer is my life dream and my duty; Poetry is the reflection of my life, the sustenance of my soul and the song of my soul. I have been a lawyer for many years and have handled thousands of cases. The most profound thing is to protect the rights of vulnerable groups. Lawyers see the world, the glory and ugliness of human nature; Look at the success or failure of life and believe that beauty lies in the future.

I try to record these real cases in the form of poems of the soul (not suitable for news), because I believe that truth, goodness and beauty are the most beautiful voices to arouse people's conscience. After all, words are living evidence of human beings, and human beings are the soul of all things.

I try my best to make these words true (including emotions) so that ordinary people like me can understand them in real life. Fortunately, my good friend, the poet You Tianjie, has always supported me to write "lawyer series" poems, which adds another reason for my persistence.

Perhaps, my lawyer series is not so poetic and romantic, but I will stick to this road and try to write my feelings, adding a warm and poetic melody to the rule of law construction with China characteristics.

Second, my lawyer, my poetic dream.

16 years old, left his hometown of Nanchong, Sichuan, and went to the East Sichuan Natural Gas Purification Plant in the East Sichuan Mining Area of the Sichuan Petroleum Administration of the former Ministry of Petroleum in Dabashan area of Chongqing, becoming a young oil worker. Because I have a lawyer's dream in my heart, I was admitted to a university in Chongqing at the age of 22 through hard work. 1980 During my study, several classmates and I started a folk poetry magazine Footprints. 1March 1988 to1February 1989, attended the study and graduated from the advanced literature class of Lu Xun College of Literature.

In order to stop dreaming of being a lawyer and poetry, I began to prepare for the biennial bar exam. 1992, passed the national bar examination at the age of 29. I remember I got 267 points (240 points for crossing the line) on the phone of the Justice Bureau. I can't believe it. At that time, there was no telephone and online scoring system. It was not until noon the next day that I got the notice of "passing the exam" stamped by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Justice that I was convinced that my dream was finally coming true. From the end of 1992 to1June 1994, I worked as a part-time lawyer in a law firm in Chongqing and as a full-time corporate legal adviser in my unit. Whenever I see a full-time lawyer in my office holding a red lawyer's license, and I, as a part-time lawyer, holding a blue lawyer's license marked "Part-time", I feel very unhappy. At the end of 1993, I came to Haikou and Qiongshan for an oil company. For the first time, I feel that Hainan Special Economic Zone is full of vitality everywhere. Several fellow villagers from Sichuan who came to the Special Zone encouraged me to say that life can be fought several times. Hainan is the largest provincial special economic zone in China, and lawyers are badly needed. During this trip to Hainan, I successfully recovered more than 400,000 cash for the company. I bought two 555 brand cigarettes when I left and went back happily. When I asked the leader to reimburse me for two cigarettes, the leader severely criticized me and said, as a state-owned enterprise cadre, how can you reimburse yourself for smoking? Yes, the leader is right. This kind of reimbursement is against discipline in state-owned enterprises. I am embarrassed to write this invoice. For several days, I have been thinking about a question, should I be a full-time lawyer or a cadre of state-owned enterprises? In the Spring Festival that year, I decided to smash the "golden rice bowl" and quit my job to become a full-time lawyer in Hainan. In the first three years from 1994 to 1997, I came to Hainan as a stranger, with no relatively stable case source and insufficient social skills, and my business income was only enough for me to eat. I remember that I registered for the annual inspection in May, 1996, and my office asked me to pay the office management fee 12000 yuan and the annual inspection fee of 5,000 yuan last year. At that time, I didn't take a case for a month or two, and I only had 70 cents on me. What should I do? Finally, with the help of my friends in the institute, I finally got through the difficulties. This is the reality of my first three years as a full-time lawyer in the sea, which is far from my dream of "helping the poor and upholding justice". Later, with the passage of time, my business got better and better day by day, and I had the business income of my own clients and lawyers. I continue to dream of becoming a lawyer-punishing evil and promoting good and helping the poor. Since 2002, he has been awarded the honorary titles of national advanced individual for helping the disabled, national advanced individual for legal aid and national lawyer for protecting minors.

With my lawyer's dream flying, my dream of poetry began again. Especially in recent years, I have been thinking about the relationship between lawyers and poets. I believe that China is in a new era of reform and opening up, and the world needs more laws and poems with temperature; Law and poetry can make the world full of hope and beauty in fairness and justice!

Yes, no matter what occupation people are engaged in, as long as they have poems in their hearts, they will make fewer mistakes and take fewer detours.
