How to distinguish between central enterprises, state-owned enterprises and private enterprises?

central enterprises

Central enterprises are actually state-owned enterprises, but they are more advanced than ordinary state-owned enterprises.

The four major banks we usually see, namely, Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Construction Bank and Postal Bank, are all central enterprises and are directly managed by the CBRC.

Their usual job is to supervise big banks. If some banks have problems, one of the four major banks will take over, thus ensuring the safety of depositors' funds. For example, if you put wealth management products in a bank, the bank is now facing the problem of capital turnover and is likely to close down! At this time, as long as the CBRC finds its abnormality, it will immediately send a bank under the central enterprises to take over this mess.

This idea of serving the people is the central enterprise.

state-owned enterprise

There are also two kinds of state-owned enterprises, one is state holding and the other is state-owned shareholding. The former means that the state may own 5 1%- 100% of the shares, while the latter means that the state may participate in the shares, but there are not many shares.

This distinction is also very easy. As long as the state intervenes, it is still a state-owned enterprise, and this state-owned enterprise may participate in any industry. Just like our excavator industry, there are also several state-owned enterprises!

private enterprise

Our company is a private enterprise, founded by our boss and his relatives at their own expense. The money is paid by themselves, and the state does not participate, nor do outsiders, but only their own people participate. This is a private enterprise.

Of course, it does not mean that private enterprises must be established by investment between relatives. As long as it is invested by ordinary people, it is a private enterprise with no background.

In fact, the relationship between the three is easy to distinguish. Private enterprises are private enterprises without background, state-owned enterprises are state-owned enterprises, and central enterprises are completely managed by a central department.
