Childhood Dreams Modern Poetry

"Childhood's Dream"

Where are childhood dreams?

In the wilderness of my hometown.

Children's innocence jumps in the mountains and woods,

Hope flows in the stream beside the village

A paper warship,

Carrying my fantasy to sail,

A colorful kite,

Carrying my happiness to fly

Where are my childhood dreams?

In the wilderness of my hometown,

Now, as it matures,

is dancing in the golden and silver waves

"The original Diary"

On the green leaves of a small white poplar,

I found the original diary.

After all, it is the work of a child.

The leaf veins are young and clear.

There is no smoke,

There is no hidden thought,

There is no trace of wind and rain.

I picked up a patch of spring,

and gave my dripping green verses to the sun.

"I like you"

I like your sadness,

You become more mature in your sadness.

I like your contemplation,

Your contemplation is as quiet as a deep pool.

I like your laughter,

Your laughter is like tinkling spring water.

I like your singing.

Your singing can wash away my worries.

I like your call,

Your call is like the singing voice of a lark.

I like you to come to me gracefully,

Board my boat moored at night;

That is the cradle of love,

That’s when couples sing together
