"Sky City" is an animated film made in Studio Ghibli, with Miyazaki Hayao as the original work, producer, script design, role setting and director, and Mayumi Tanaka, Yokozawa Keiko, Seiji Ozawa and Minori Terada as the voice. The film was released in Japan on August 2nd, 1986. The film tells the adventures of the heroines Hida and Baru, as well as pirates, the army and Masca looking for Laputa, the city of the sky.
Its theme song "Walking with You" (commonly known as: City of the Sky) was composed by musician Joe Hisaishi. It is famous for its beautiful melody that makes people cry and beautiful melody that touches people's hearts. It was adapted into various versions and became a famous film and television song.
