College Chinese (public course) examination requirements
I. General requirements
(1) Learn ancient and modern Chinese and foreign classics and understand the diversity and richness of culture. Second, the examination content and requirements
The examination content of college Chinese course includes six parts: language knowledge, writer's works knowledge, style knowledge, writing knowledge, works reading analysis and composition. Its specific contents and requirements are as follows:

Language knowledge focuses on content words, function words and sentence patterns in classical Chinese. The examination of notional words in classical Chinese requires candidates to explain the meaning of notional words commonly used in classical Chinese, pay special attention to those words with different meanings in ancient and modern times, and master the flexible use of notional words (such as causative usage, intentional usage, nouns as adverbials, nouns as verbs, etc.). ); The examination of function words in classical Chinese requires candidates to identify the different meanings or functions of function words commonly used in classical Chinese in different language environments, such as "zhi, qi, zhe, suo, yi, language, er, nai, ze and Yan". The examination of classical Chinese sentence patterns requires candidates to distinguish and master the usage of special sentence patterns such as judgment sentences, passive sentences and inversion sentences.
(2) Understanding of writers' works
The knowledge of a writer's works focuses on the author's name, life years, life stories, ideas, literary schools, major achievements, historical status and influence.
(3) Stylistic knowledge
Stylistic knowledge focuses on the stylistic features and main expressive techniques of argumentative essays, narratives, poems, novels and dramas.
(D) Writing knowledge
Writing knowledge focuses on conception and material selection, conception and layout, style and expression, language and style, revision and writing.
(5) Reading analysis of works
The reading analysis of the works mainly focuses on the following aspects: the author and genre of each text; The theme or theme of the text and its ideological significance; The main expression techniques and writing characteristics of the text; The characteristics and functions of the main rhetorical devices used in this paper, such as metaphor, analogy, parallelism, duality, symbol, rhetorical question, irony, hierarchical presentation, etc. The characteristics and functions of various common expressions in texts such as comparison, bedding, side contrast, narrative discussion, semantic pun and notation; Interpretation or source of quotations such as allusions and poems in the text; The meaning or expressive function of the key words in the article.
(6) Composition
Composition is mainly to assess candidates' writing ability, and it is also a comprehensive test of candidates' knowledge, experience, ideological accomplishment, cognitive ability and Chinese level.
The focus of the composition examination is the ability of argumentative and narrative writing.
The basic requirements of composition evaluation are: healthy thinking, substantial content, clear center, clear organization, complete structure, fluent language, accurate expression, proper punctuation, neat handwriting and standard format.
