Personal experience of epidemic volunteers 1
March 18 is the 32nd day of my volunteer service in Wulidun Community, Jiangxia Economic Development Zone, Wuhan City, Hubei Province.
More than a month ago, after receiving the notice that the unit delayed returning to work, I had the idea of being a volunteer. During that time, I saw in the news for several days that the medical staff rushed to the front regardless of their personal safety, saw the cadres in party member sinking one by one, and saw the community workers busy together. I was not calm. No one is a bystander in this battle against the epidemic, and I am eager to do my best. To put it mildly, I want to do my part, or I can brag in front of the children. In the face of great disasters, my father is also very brave and not timid! In a big way, it is also a great honor to contribute to winning this battle!
So, with the consent of Wulidun community, I joined the community watch team in the early morning of February 16 as arranged. At that time, I was afraid to tell my parents and children in my hometown for fear that they would be worried. After all, the news of the sinking of their early lover has made them nervous for some time.
Like other comrades who sink into the community, our "equipment" on duty is simple: a raincoat (as protective clothing), a pair of latex gloves and a disposable mask. After "armed to the teeth", I feel like a "warrior" about to go to war, and I am full of expectations for what earth-shattering "big events" I can experience.
Facts have proved that volunteering is not a rush, but requires patience and meticulous work.
There are 2,200 residential areas, with 444 residents1person at present, among which medical personnel and personnel from government agencies and institutions account for a relatively large proportion. During the rush hour every day, there are a lot of people and cars, so you need to check your pass and take your temperature. In addition, a few days before I took office coincided with the upgrade of closed management, and many people wanted to go shopping, buy medicine or have other needs. Most people are very cooperative with us, but it is inevitable that we will meet some people who don't understand.
"A few days ago, I was able to go out once every three days. Why not let me out today? I just want to buy a pack of cigarettes, quick! " "My daughter-in-law just gave birth to a baby and doesn't want to eat stewed pork ribs with potatoes. If she wants to eat lotus roots, let me go to the supermarket, and I will never go out again, okay? " "Why don't you let me out? I want to complain about you! " Faced with these situations, I will work with other staff to explain the latest policy requirements, and actively contact all sectors of society to buy materials and medicines for old comrades in need. Many words will be repeated hundreds of times. At first, I was too lazy to drink water. I stood there, my back ached and my legs ached. I was thirsty.
At first, I thought it was difficult to keep on duty. It took me a few days to know that the hard part is still behind, such as sending "love dishes". After all, in my impression, the general scene of donation is that trucks loaded with vegetables and fruits drive out of the donation site, and then the residents who receive the materials are all smiles. However, only after experience did I know that after the truck arrived in Wuhan, there were a series of processes, such as unloading, sub-packaging, making a good distribution plan and sending it to residents. On one occasion, a batch of caring vegetables coordinated by the sinking unit arrived at the community at 4 pm. From unloading the goods to sending them to various building units, and then mobilizing volunteers to distribute them together, we were hungry until 9 pm. Due to the large number of residents in the community, buildings that were not sent on the first day will be sent repeatedly the next day. However, everyone always cheers for each other. When we are busy, we see residents saying thank you in the group, and more and more residents cooperate with us to check the pass and see the house, so the hard work is worth it. In a blink of an eye, I have been busy for more than a month. Whether it's windy, rainy or sunny, Wan Li is in the community. It is false to say that it is not difficult. One day when I came home from work, I watched a video with my daughter, only to find that there was a mask mark on my face. Finally, I couldn't help volunteering from my parents. But this time, they didn't object or feel particularly uneasy. After telling us to take precautions, they encouraged me and my wife to continue to refuel. That day, my daughter hung up the phone and said with milk, "Mom and Dad are great!" " "The sudden praise brought tears to our eyes.
In Wuhan, there are thousands of Qian Qian volunteers like me. They are distributed in every corner of this city, undertaking harder and more tiring work than me. Or drive for medical staff who are inconvenient to go to work, or buy food and medicine for residents ... Like me, they may not have any heroic deeds worthy of praise, but if they can contribute even a little firefly-like light on the way to overcoming the epidemic, I believe they will be able to light up the whole night sky with the bright moon star.
Plants and trees are long, and spring mountains can be expected. At present, the situation of epidemic prevention and control is getting better and better, and the medical teams assisting Hubei and Han have begun to evacuate in batches. Every positive change and exciting news can not be separated from the efforts and sacrifices of medical staff, community workers, sinking cadres, volunteers, and everyone who fights the epidemic at home. We believe that spring has come, and this city that we are fully guarding will soon restore its former liveliness and prosperity!
Personal experience of epidemic volunteers II
Under the current world situation, China is moving towards the center of the world stage step by step, which means that the young people in China have moved closer to the outside world, which requires contemporary young people to have greater responsibilities and aspirations, and make unremitting efforts to this end. At the same time, you need extensive study to broaden your horizons. During the epidemic, it is the time for college students to seriously examine themselves and improve themselves. I am glad that I can gain something.
Only people's social practice is the truth standard for people to know the outside world, and the truth standard can only be social practice. As a contemporary college student who is responsible, responsible and dedicated to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, we need to improve ourselves through social practice and get to know the outside world through social practice. At the beginning of the year, the epidemic became more and more serious. Not only the front-line medical staff work around the clock, but also volunteers from all over the country are busy preventing and controlling the local epidemic, including many young college students. It is in this social practice that they improve themselves.
During this epidemic, I took the initiative to participate in volunteer activities for epidemic prevention and control. I made many like-minded friends in this activity, hoping to make some contributions to the country and society. Together, we spread the knowledge of epidemic prevention and control to communities and street families from door to door, telling them to go out less during the epidemic and pay attention to protecting themselves. We have also set up prevention and control points in several major traffic arteries, which will discourage passing vehicles and hope that they will reduce their travel. For those who don't listen to advice or have something important, we will take their temperature and register them. We are also involved in the inspection of returning and floating population. In the community, we use free time to publicize prevention and control knowledge with loudspeakers. In the volunteer activities in big shopping malls, the main job is to help shopping malls monitor the temperature of guests and ensure the relative safety of the environment. During this period, I feel that I am also thinking about the safety of the city and contributing my meager strength to the medical staff of the country. Although many people came to the store during the epidemic, I took the trouble to do a good job in monitoring and testing. After all, as a young volunteer, I should try my best to repay the society.
As a college student, we should start from ourselves and publicize epidemic prevention and control measures to friends and relatives around us, such as isolating at home, reducing going out, teaching everyone how to wear masks correctly, and scientifically answering various epidemic problems raised by people around us. Start from yourself, don't believe in rumors, don't spread rumors, treat different voices on the Internet dialectically, and don't comment casually and take responsibility at the critical moment of epidemic prevention and control. At the same time, we should abide by the school's rules and regulations on epidemic prevention and control, do not return to school in advance, and report our physical condition in time every day to reassure the school and parents.

We contemporary young college students should take the lead in preventing the epidemic.
As an activist of college students joining the Party, I think I have the responsibility and obligation to contribute to my hometown towards my community. My main duties are: to count the community telephone numbers, collect information, and register the vaccination status of COVID-19 residents in this community. Through this volunteer service, I also saw that it is not easy to be a community service person. They should not only take preventive measures themselves, but also try their best to convince others while saving themselves. Here we all have an anti-epidemic heart and work together! In the unpredictable future, we will be safe! Come on, China! The epidemic has subsided!

The two-week volunteer service to support the first-line anti-epidemic is coming to an end. Our third anti-epidemic working group has a total of 17 people, five of whom are arranged at the city bus station, and 12 people are stationed in a street 12 community. On March 2, our support for frontline volunteer service was officially launched. The epidemic prevention team in our community undertakes the work of home isolation supervision, personnel investigation, distribution of protective masks, epidemic prevention propaganda, and temperature detection of people passing by the monitoring station. During this time, I realized that community work is not easy to do, and there are many demands from the masses. When distributing masks, residents also said, "These masks are not rare. Why do you want these five masks?"
Sometimes the home isolators we supervise "don't listen" and sneak out, not answering video and voice calls many times, and playing cat-and-mouse games with us. What we do is so complicated that we do fixed tasks every day and can only do every little thing dutifully.
There are also teammates in the bus station group in the city. Their work is more tiring. More than 400 buses return to Dongguan every day. At least 3000 passengers going to Dongguan were asked to check their body temperature, verify their identities and ask about the latest itinerary. Five teammates take turns on duty from 8 am to 8 pm 10, but never shout tired.
In order to solve the problem that the passenger flow is difficult to dredge, the members of the team made a QR code poster during the break to inquire about their personal itinerary. They also provide private chargers and disinfect children and the elderly when individual passengers lack chargers. Although the epidemic has widened the distance between people, our concern has not diminished.
The voluntary service to support the front-line anti-epidemic will end tomorrow. I didn't expect my heart to be sad. I thought of my teammates who fought side by side for 14 days, every staff member in the community, and neighbors in the community, which made me feel the warmth of the epidemic. Tomorrow, we will hand over the work. I thought that the last special person in our Shengli community who was isolated at home for more than a month would be removed after the isolation. At the end of work, the number of people returning to Dongguan in Hubei surged, and the workload on the front line was even greater. However, the unblocking of Hubei Province gives us hope that life will gradually return to normal. This late spring has arrived.
Personal experience of epidemic volunteers 5
A sudden COVID-19 epidemic caught everyone off guard. On February 12, when I was still at home paying attention to the epidemic news, I suddenly received a notice from my unit. The Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee called on cadres directly under party member to watch the first-line epidemic prevention and control work. Without any hesitation, I signed up immediately and started my "epidemic prevention" as a volunteer to support the front line of community prevention and control.
What is the community prevention and control aimed at and how to prevent it? Is it dangerous? Residents are not allowed to go in and out at will. Can they listen? With these puzzles, I came to the prevention and control point and was at a loss for a while. However, the epidemic is an order, and we can't think too much. I take the initiative to consult the community, property and comprehensive management personnel, register in and out, take my temperature, check my documents, repeat these same steps over and over again every day, and patiently explain and answer various questions. I realized that community prevention and control is to do these seemingly small things in detail to prevent the epidemic from spreading to the community. This is my duty as a volunteer and my commitment to the life safety of community residents.
Community is the last line of defense for epidemic prevention and control, and it is also the key to implement joint prevention and control and group prevention and control. There are more than 3,000 households in the community where I am on duty, with a permanent population of 1 10,000. Every day, people who come back from other places, people who come back from work, and vehicles are mixed, and the pressure of prevention and control is great. According to the latest notification requirements of the municipal epidemic prevention and control headquarters, combined with the actual flow of people in the community, classified policy, accurate control, careful inspection, detailed registration, to ensure that no mistakes. At the same time of strict control, actively help residents in the community to take express delivery and carry materials to provide convenience. Guide the personnel returning to work to go through the formalities of returning to work to ensure reasonable demand. With the improvement of the epidemic situation and effective control measures, we have gradually gained the recognition and trust of residents, and residents have consciously reduced unnecessary outings.
Being on duty in the front line every day, seeing fresh people and feeling inner comfort! After receiving the task, I was worried about the attitude of my family. I didn't tell my parents at the first time that my wife and young children were at home, and I was worried about the danger when I went in and out every day. However, the severe epidemic tells me that the country is in trouble and someone must stand up. This is the moment to practice a * * * party member's initial intention. The country will call for a mission, and I must go! I simply explained it to my wife, and her wife only said: You go, I have me at home! Makes me carefree. My wife does logistics at home every day, cooking, washing clothes and taking care of the children, and also makes various nutritious foods to supplement her physical strength. My youngest son called me "Bing" and cheered me up every day: "Bing cheers, Dad is the best!" But every day when I get home, I have to "isolate myself". My son kept asking me to hug him, but he could only turn him away. My heart is full of guilt, and my family is more precious. What moved me most was the community residents I faced every day, such as my eldest sister who gave me a thumbs-up and praised me as a hero, my eldest brother who left without saying anything, and children who came in and out to salute me. Their understanding and support is a powerful driving force for me to complete my task. School leaders also visited the front line many times and sent protective materials in time, which made me feel warm and confident. I understand that it's not how well I do my work, but the amiable and respectable people around me who silently support me and give me the confidence and ability to protect their safety.
Why do I often cry? Because I love this land deeply. Whenever I am tired, I think of those white soldiers who fought on the battlefield, those public security guards who rushed to the front, and those brave community warriors, and my heart is full of love. The storm is about to pass, and the disease will eventually dissipate. When the flowers bloom, let's come out and see if Gan Kun is still there and the mountains and rivers will not change. On the land we jointly defend, we say to each other: The years are quiet-may you be well!
