Poetry of Senior Three: Motherly love 2_200 words

A very cold night.

I woke up from out of my dream.

Mother is tucking me in.

Thin clothes covered her.

Ah, mother's love is a warm quilt.

A very, very late night.

I squinted to go to the bathroom.

Found the light on in the study.

My mother is checking my homework.

Ah, mom's love is a serious check.

Once I came home from school.

Mother ran into the kitchen.

Take out two hot cakes.

Pass it to me.

Ah, mother's love is a fragrant cake.

On mom's birthday.

I brought a cake to my mother.

Mother held me in her arms.

Smile and praise me.

Ah, mom's love is a sweet smile.

I grew up happily in my mother's love.
