China tea began in Shennong and flourished in Tang and Song Dynasties. According to textual research, in Shang Dynasty, Zhou Wuwang worked with tribal elders to cut down trees, and the elders also paid tribute to tea. Tribute tea was recorded in the Western Jin Dynasty (AD 265-3 16), and the Changqu in the Eastern Jin Dynasty was also recorded in Huayang Guozhi. Famous teas were recorded in the Tang Dynasty. The works on famous tea in different dynasties are as follows:
(1) Tang Dynasty (AD 618-907): * * In 290, famous teas were recorded in Li Zhao's Tang Shi Supplement, Lu Yu's Tea Classic (AD 775-780) and the poems of poets such as Li Bai, Lu Tong, Bai Juyi and Du Mu.
(2) Song Dynasty (960-1279); * * * 320 years, the history of bed, the record of eating goods, Ouyang Xiu's return to the field, Ye Mengde's summer vacation, Song Huizong's tea tasting, Cai Xiang's tea tasting, Song Zian's tea tasting, Huang Ru's tea tasting, Tang Geng's tea tasting and Fan Xiong's.
(3) Yuan Dynasty (A.D.1271-1368): * * * 98. Ma Lin's General Examination of Literature records the origin of famous tea and tea. The West Lake Longjing started in the Yuan Dynasty and was recorded in Ji's poem "Youlong Well".
(4) Ming Dynasty (A.D.1368-1644): * * * 277 years. There are many monographs on tea, reaching 50 or 60 kinds, and many famous teas are recorded. Among them, Tea Spectrum written by Gu in the 20th year of Jiajing (A.D. 154 1), Tea Record written by Tu Long in the 16th year of Wanli (A.D. 1590) and Tea Shu written in the 25th year of Wanli are more recorded.
(5) Qing Dynasty (A.D.1644-1911year): ***268 yuan. There are Guangqun's Fangpu Tea Spectrum, Lu Tingcan's Continued Tea Classic and Peng Changyun's Junshan Tea Poetry.
According to the survey, after the Qing Dynasty, the traditional famous tea has not stopped, and it has continued until now. Among them, green tea includes: West Lake Longjing, Lushan Wu Yun, Dongting Biluochun, Huangshan Mao Feng, Taiping Monkey Kui, Xinyang Maojian, Lu 'an Guapian, Laozhu Dafang, Enshi Yulu and Changxi Zhenmei. Yellow tea: Junshan silver needle; Black tea: Yunnan Pu 'er tea, Cangwu Liubao tea, Tian Jian, Hunan; White tea: Bai Mudan Baihao silver needle; Green tea: Wuyi Rock Tea, Anxi Tieguanyin, Northern Fujian Narcissus and Phoenix Narcissus; Black tea: Qimen black tea.
Tea rises and falls with the rise and fall of the times, especially in the war years. People are poor, tea gardens are in short supply, and famous teas are underdeveloped, but some of them have stopped production and some have been lost. After the founding of New China, various industries have flourished, especially in recent years, traditional historical famous teas have been restored, and newly created famous teas have mushroomed. These famous teas are of excellent quality and unique flavor, which continuously meet the requirements of consumers' increasing living standards.
