July Poetry School is a literary school. His creation involves reportage, novels and many other aspects, but the most influential and valuable is poetry, which is usually called July Poetry School. The main members are Qiu Dongping, Bai Cao, Yimen, Ai Qing, Tian Tian, Lu Chen, Sun Yun, Ji Yun and Lv Yuan. His important works include Harvester, Dancing Night, Fairy Tales, Breaking Order, etc.
Edited and published many publications and series such as July, Hope, Selected Poems in July, and Literary Works in July. This school adhered to the realistic tradition of new literature since the May 4th Movement, which had a great influence on the development of modern literature in China.
