Gray sea and long black land;
The yellow half moon is big and low;
Jumping waves?
Flaming curls burst out of sleep.
When I pushed forward to reach the bay,
Restrain its speed on the muddy beach.
Then a mile of warm sea-scented beach;
Cross three fields until a farm appears;
A tap on the glass, a quick and sharp scraping sound.
And the blue sparks from lit matches,
A not so loud voice, through joy and fear,
More important than two hearts beating each other!
My translator:
The sea of smoke is endless,
Half a golden moon and half a bow.
Small waves jump into floating dreams,
The stormy waves set off a fierce volcano.
Lanzhou is in front of Xiaoshuiwan.
Muddy beaches, etc.
Warm wind blows incense a mile away,
Look at Julio's three viewpoints.
Tap on the window lattice and say, far away,
Fast-burning firewood test flame seedling.
Gently ask who's here,
Look at each other and knock each other.
Robert browning: The only poet in Victorian England who can be compared with Tennyson. Browning's poem "The Banquet" has no warm and touching description, but uses his best dramatic description technique to vent the young people's longing to see their lovers to the fullest. Look! In the dark night, he drove the boat across the bay, across the beach, across the field, and finally came to his lover's side until "two beating hearts are closely integrated."
