"Sit quietly and think often, don't talk about people's faults in small talk" is from Luo Zhuangyuan's "Awakening Song".
It means to sit down often and meditate on your own mistakes, and don’t talk about the rights and wrongs of others.

If you want to be free from worries, you must recite the Buddha's name. If you know you have a marriage, you will not envy others. Everything is like running water at any time, and there is a spring breeze everywhere in this embrace.
A white cloud crosses the valley entrance, and many returning birds have lost their nests. Life is like a dream, no one has to send it. Wherever you can find peace, it is home.
Who is willing to practice before death even if the whole world is busy? There is no bone-chilling cold, but the fragrance of plum blossoms.
You can benefit when your heart is empty. Sit quietly and think about your own faults. Don’t gossip about others’ faults.
Sometimes I quietly recite the Thousand Voices of Buddha and read several volumes of scriptures when I have nothing to do. Deep in the concept, there are few dusty thoughts, and where the worldly sentiments are light, the Taoism is strong.
Buddha’s heart is originally an ordinary mind. The taste of the world is as long as the Tao. When there are few governors, there will be fewer worries. When there are many people, there will be more right and wrong.
Wealth is difficult to preserve for a hundred years, and the six paths of reincarnation are easy to circulate. I advise you to start your spiritual practice as soon as possible. If you lose it, your life will be in disaster.
The greatest thing in the world is life and death. White jade and gold are all in vain. Be gentle and bearish for a few years. Life and death are in front of you.
A rich man and a poor man sigh. It is God who has nothing to do. If you live your life with food and clothing, you will be an immortal.
Everything in the world is like lightning and reincarnation is rolling like clouds. I don’t know what will happen tomorrow, but I have time to deal with right and wrong.
Thinking that everything is just a dream, it is better to recite Mi Tuo as soon as possible. With all the honor and disgrace before our eyes, it is better to be content and let things take their course.
