What the teacher says and does always affects the students. Teachers, like the spring breeze, push away the buds in students' hearts, just like the warm sun in winter warms the fertile soil in students' hearts. Teachers set an example for students with their own actions, but also pointed out the direction of action for students. The teacher's image is like a banner, set in front of the students, and I am the student's reference model; Teachers are the leaders of students' behaviors and the "demonstrators" of their words and deeds.
In my usual work, I face up to my words and deeds and take the lead in demonstrating what students are required to do. The school asked students to write standard words, so I picked up a brush to write with them and practiced writing books for one semester. I remember a student's homework was often untidy. In my classroom, morning reading, picture books, life narrative dramas, massive reading … I can enrich my children's lives and myself with poems and paintings. Read the picture books such as Xiaoqing Wolf and Guess how much I love you, and recommend them to colleagues and students. We watched Pinocchio together and rehearsed the life narrative drama. Through a series of magical adventures of puppets, students learned to be honest, trustworthy and be a real boy. When students lie and cheat in class, they will form a tacit understanding. The dream of the little caterpillar rehearsed by our students stood out in the performance of the textbook drama in Shangguan town and won the first prize at the county level. I still remember the happy smiles of the children when they won the prize. Through this activity, they tasted the sweet fruit of success. Some children are also very talented in painting. In 2020, an epidemic broke out in COVID-19, causing thousands of students to attend classes at home. The teacher contacted the parents through WeChat, and the lecture was broadcast live, so as not to delay the children's class. I tried to use Xueleyun to arrange and correct my homework, and held a parent-teacher meeting through WeChat. There are two children with learning difficulties in our class. For them, I specially found a suitable paper for them and practiced one-on-one online tutoring.
