The author of Village Residence is Gao Ding, a poet in Qing Dynasty. This poem describes the scene of spring when the poet lived in the country and the scene of children flying kites after school. In early spring and February, the grass grows and the willows brush the embankment, and the children fly kites with great interest. There is a scene where someone has something to do, full of life interest, and draws a lively "happy spring picture".
