The poem Don't Crowd is divided into two sections. What does each part mean?

Section 1: Tell people not to infringe on the rights of others, tolerate others and not suppress their feelings when pursuing their own freedom. At the beginning of the poem, I told everyone not to be crowded, but to call for an inner heart and a kind and natural language. "Accommodation" is the tone of the whole text, which has a wide meaning, that is, "crowding" in thought, action and mind.

The second section is about being kind to others, observing the moral code of conduct, and not treating others with an intolerant, unkind and sincere heart. At the end, I once again called for "don't crowd, don't crowd" to take care of the beginning and title, which was thought-provoking and enlightening.
