In the preliminary competition, the participating schools will organize online submissions and make preliminary evaluation and recommendation, and the organizing committee will take the provinces (municipalities directly under the central government and autonomous regions) as the competition areas for evaluation.
1. website registration and submission (deadline: February 20, 202 1 65438+24: 00)
After the application for registration in official website is approved by the Organizing Committee, the participating schools can log in and fill in the school's entry information, and notify the students to register and contribute (see Annex III "Description of Registration and Contribution Process" for specific operation steps). In order to avoid congestion during the submission peak of the contest website, please pay attention to the submission peak by province and time period:
The first period (September 17 to1October 3 1 day): Beijing, Tianjin, Shandong, Shanxi, Hebei, Henan, Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, Shaanxi, Gansu, Ningxia, Xinjiang and Tibet;
The second period (1 65438+1October1to 65438+February 20th): Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Anhui, Hubei, Hunan, Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan and Chongqing.
2. School initial evaluation recommendation (deadline: 202165438+24: 00 on February 30th)
The participating schools should set up a preliminary evaluation jury, review the preliminary evaluation manuscript through the official website of the competition with reference to the evaluation criteria of the articles of association of the competition, and recommend awards according to the proportion of 2% ~ 3% of the first prize, 3% ~ 5% of the second prize and 5% ~ 7% of the third prize.
3. Review by the Organizing Committee (deadline: 24: 00 on February 5, 2022)
The organizing committee of the contest hired judges to re-evaluate and finally evaluate the works recommended by the participating schools at the initial evaluation, and awarded provincial awards.
4. Preliminary results inquiry (starting time: February 20, 2022)
At that time, participating schools and students can log in to official website according to the notice of the organizing committee to inquire about the preliminary results of the contest and download and print the award-winning certificates.
(2) Finals
1. The national finals will be selected from the winners of the provincial first prize according to a certain proportion, and it is planned to be held in March 2022.
2. Each competition paper will be scored blindly by more than three judges, and the winning grade will be evaluated according to the average score.
3. The final result will be notified to the school and published in the contest official website and the magazine "Middle School Students".
(3) Award ceremony
Invite winners, instructors and school representatives to attend. It is planned to be held in April or May 2022, and the specific time and place will be announced separately.
