in the 12th year of Tang kaiyuan (724), Meng Haoran was 36 years old, and Han Si was reinstated as the secretariat of Xiangzhou. Lu Wei was the order of Xiangyang, and Haoran was a forgotten friend with him. In the same year, Meng Haoran made friends with Wang Wei, who painted Meng Haoran, and they became friends who forgot the year.

It is said that Wang Wei was invited into the internal department privately, which coincided with the arrival of Xuanzong, and Haoran fled from the bed. Wang Wei didn't dare to hide it. According to the facts, Xuanzong was ordered to see it. Haoran recited his poems to the sentence of "I was banished for my blunders, by a wise ruler", and Xuanzong was unhappy. He said, "You don't want to be an official, but I haven't abandoned you, so why accuse me!" Put it back in Xiangyang. After roaming in wuyue, I was extremely poor.
