At the same time, safety supervision production has always been at the forefront of various oil production stations, and it has been rated as an advanced oil production station for many times, pushing all work achievements to a high point and being praised by the bureau and oil companies for many times. Experience of visiting PetroChina II
When people mention Xinjiang, they immediately think of beautiful natural scenery, fragrant melons and fruits, charming Uighur girls, mouth-watering mutton kebabs and hand-grabbed rice. Maybe they will think of walking into Tianshan Mountain, tourists on icebergs, ripe grapes in Turpan, girls in Osaka City, or they will think of Populus euphratica who is old but never fails.
The focus of this trip to Xinjiang is to walk into the desert and feel the China oil in the desert. In particular, let our colleagues working downstream go to see oil wells and oil engines, feel the drill bit and take a walk on the desert highway.
Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region occupies one sixth of China's territory, which one is it? Xinjiang? This word represents the characteristics there-three mountains and two basins. (See it? My photo album Desert and Oil? Figure 8)? Sanshan? The northernmost is Altai Mountain, the middle is Tianshan Mountain, and the southernmost is Kunlun Mountain. ? Two pots? It refers to the Junggar basin in northern Xinjiang and the Tarim basin in southern Xinjiang. Xinjiang is also divided into southern Xinjiang and northern Xinjiang by the northern and southern Tianshan Mountains. There are Karamay oil fields in northern Xinjiang and Tarim oil fields in southern Xinjiang. The goal of our trip is Tarim Oilfield.
There is a saying in Xinjiang that the top three cities with the highest price level are Karamay, Korla and Urumqi. Tangke has a Karamay oilfield, and the command center of Tarim oilfield is built in Korla. It is said that Korla City was founded because of Tarim Oilfield. It can be seen how important oil fields are in Xinjiang.
We arrived in Korla, visited the Tarim Oilfield Museum, drove along the desert highway, passed through Lop Nur, went deep into the hinterland of Taklimakan Desert, the second largest desert in the world, and settled in Tazhong Oilfield of Tarim Oilfield. I never thought there would be such a clean, beautiful and comfortable hotel in the desert, and the staff of Tazhong Oilfield also lived here. Here, the company is responsible for all the expenses, because their working environment is difficult, and more importantly, they are depressed. On the night we checked in, we met a front-line worker, who was in his thirties and had been here for several months. He said that the food and housing conditions are good, but staying for a long time will be boring!
At sunset, we went to see the derrick and oil production machine (Figure 4), and then compared the colorful crude oil with this place (Figure 5-6, crude oil is in those colorful columns, and crude oil is not just black).
On the way back, we specially went to the starting point of west-east gas transmission? Lunnan station? Take a look. (Figure 2, Figure 7) Walking on the Tarim Desert Highway again (Figure 1), the longest highway built by China Petroleum in the flowing desert in the world, everyone can't help but think of the brand of Tarim Oilfield in the desert. The third experience of PetroChina's visit and exchange
In order to enhance the corporate image, improve the professional quality and ability of employees, and learn the cultural essence of China petroleum enterprises. According to the unified arrangement of the Group, a group of 6 people, including Security Department, Development and Operation Department, Human Resources Department, Finance Department and Fuel Management Company, visited Pan Pan Road Gas Station and Xinhua Road Gas Station of PetroChina on April 3rd.
With the detailed introduction of the stationmasters of two gas stations, everyone realized the unique charm of each gas station. From the refueling site, convenience store, staff locker room to office, they all show their respective cultural atmosphere under unified norms. The difference in location and space also creates unique characteristics, and the charm of the team allows us to enjoy different scenery! The unique 6s (cleaning, cleaning, sorting, rectification, safety and literacy) management system is gradually presented to everyone. Without comparison, they will stagnate forever, and many of their practices are worth learning. For example, there is a special room in the power distribution cabinet of the gas station, with a safety warning line in front of the cabinet and an insulating pad in the operation area behind the warning line.
