I was really shocked to see such a tall thing for the first time. Because I was in a hurry at that time, I didn't have time to study the text and content of stone carvings carefully. Some of the contents are profound and obscure, and I have never left a memory. I only remembered the biggest words in the middle of the stone gate of the archway, "White Boat Bitter Sacrifice", but I didn't ask much! Sometimes, it may be a coincidence to interpret or relive the past. Recently, I read Zhu's Biography of Poetry, including two comments by Zhou and Bai Zhou. Seeing the word "Baizhou" is particularly sensitive, let me hang up the number and the inscription on the lady's chastity memorial arch. The original source is here! "Qing Dingyuan (Zhenba) Pavilion" records: "Liu Tang chastity memorial archway was built by Liu, the wife of Rashi Tang Shunxiao. In the third year of Xianfeng, the Beijing Watch was built at Laxiba, 180 miles south of the hall. " Tang Shunxiao, the fifth ancestor of Tang, died before he was 50. His wife, Liu, keeps the house, protects herself in the family and has a successful godson, which makes her famous. Xianfeng three years (1853), the court respected filial piety. In four years, the archway was completed, with a height of 7.7 meters and a width of 5. 1 meter. There is a stone tablet embedded in the center of the archway, and the inscription is "White Boat Bitter Sacrifice".

The understanding of this poem is controversial. Girls who love a man are opposed by their parents. This poem is about a girl who can't be free in marriage and confides her faithful love to her parents. The vernacular translation is as follows:

Another view, represented by Preface to Shi Mao, is recognized by most people. It is believed that Wei Shizi died young, his wife kept a festival, and his parents wanted to take it away and marry it, swearing and promising. I wrote this poem. In his early years, Zhu explained the Book of Songs with Mao Heng and Zheng Gongzhi, and later wrote Biography of Poetry. Zhu also holds this view. When commenting on this poem, he commented that "the old saying says that Wei Shizi * * *" fleas died, his wife * * * Jiang Shouyi, and his parents wanted to take it away, so * * * Jiang made this self-oath. It is said that the white boat is on the other side, and those two horses are mine. Although as for death, I swear that I have no heart, and my mother is so gracious to me in education, how can I not forgive my heart? If you are not as good as your father, you will be alone when you doubt, otherwise you will not be a father. Biography of Poetry has a great influence on later generations, with a long time and a wide range. Imperial examinations in Yuan and Ming Dynasties were designated as reference books for many times. During the reign of Kangxi in Qing Dynasty, the compilation of The Legend of The Book of King James was also completed on this basis.
Judging from the historical facts and the background of dynasties, the white boat festival naturally refers to the latter, that is, Zhu said.

? The two poems of "National Style" have far-reaching influence on later generations. Later generations called the loss of her husband "the pain of a hundred boats" and the death of her husband "the festival of a hundred boats", which was obviously related to the ancient people's understanding of the content of this poem. The first chapter of the two poems begins with "White Boat in the River" ("Guo Feng Yan Feng White Boat") and "White Boat and Willow" ("Li Guofeng Baifeng Zhou"), with the same form and content, compared with white boat. These two sentences are empty, and they are function words. The boat made of cypress is very strong, but it floats in the water and has no one to rely on. Widowed women have been lonely and miserable since then, and have lost important support, just like "Pan-White Week". Swear never to get married again and celebrate the rest of my life. This is a difficult life journey, a double test of body, mind and will. Lose: do your best and wait patiently. I would like to live without a husband, but I also try to stick to loyalty and integrity. Faithfully complete the tragic or distorted love and marriage life of women in feudal society. As a feudal ruler, of course, it was strongly advocated and promoted, so "the court respected filial piety."
