Tom written by Mark Twain is so naughty, cute and different. Everything he does is so "vigorous" and fascinating. Tom was punished for painting the fence, but he played a trick, which not only made other children willing to work instead of him, but also almost made them "bankrupt". Later, Huck and I fled to a desert island. People thought they were dead, but when the church held a funeral for them, they "returned with honor" like heroes. The most thrilling thing is that Tom and Betsy came to Moktor Cave, a maze-like cave to play. Tom and Betsy are looking after their games, and they are separated and lost. They experienced twists and turns in the cave, and hunger, thirst, darkness and fear constantly attacked them. Finally, the clever Tom took the kite string tied to the stone to explore the road and finally found the exit. Although these naughty actions can't set an example for us, he resolutely stood up and saved the innocent drunkard Muff Potter as a witness of justice. Besides being naughty, he and Huck actually solved a murder case and became little heroes admired by everyone. Tom is naughty in everything he does, so he is a well-deserved urchin, stubborn but not bad. What about us? We are all good girls and babies, unlike Tom, who loves adventure, sports and life. When encountering setbacks, he often blames others and gives up on himself. Just like last time, I soiled my new skirt while playing. In order to avoid the "storm" when I came home, I secretly washed the dirty place carefully and waited until the skirt was dry before sneaking home, thus avoiding a "disaster". If it were Tom, he would face it bravely and honestly tell Polly about his period. Even though he knew that he would be "punished", he would never run away and bow his head.
Although Tom is not a good boy, his behavior always makes people laugh, naughty is naughty, naughty is naughty, but we can't deny that he is a kind and upright boy. Therefore, tom sawyer will become a hero in the eyes of American children and an immortal hero in our hearts.
