What does Li Shangyin’s poem "Qihuai" mean?

But the end of this kind of waiting can only be nothingness, this disillusionment of longing, and the mentality of knowing that the longing is disillusioned but still can't stop missing it. Wang Guowei said: "If you want to reach the realm of liberation, you must experience the sorrows of the world. However, the most important thing is to worry about the patient as a means of liberation. Therefore, the value of the sorrows itself is not emphasized. Nowadays, people live in sorrows every day. If you talk about worries without the courage to seek relief, you will lose both heaven and hell, and the realm you will reach will be nothing but clouds covering the sky and despair. " This is exactly what Wang Guowei said. The desperate mentality of "step by step, walk into the place where there is no light". "The lingering thoughts are exhausted and the remaining cocoon is removed, and the heartache is peeled off." It can be compared with Li Shangyin's "Untitled" poem, "The spring silkworms will not be exhausted until they die, and the wax torches will turn to ashes before the tears dry up." Like silkworms in spring whose silk has not been broken, the fragrance of orchid fades away from the quiet world, and there is no separation of lovesickness in this life." The word "plantain" in Huang Jingren's poem also means "the plantains do not show their lilac knots, but they share their sorrows in the spring breeze".
