Write good teacher ethics with love
Victor Hugo once said: "The career of flowers is noble, the career of fruits is sweet, let us do the career of leaves, because Ye's career is ordinary and humble. "Teachers are like the silently dedicated green leaves, which always set off the beauty of flowers. "Teachers preach, teach, and resolve doubts." Stepping onto the three-foot podium means embarking on an arduous and long journey of educating people.
From the day I left school, I determined to be an excellent teacher, and I have been working hard to explore it over the years. What kind of teachers are excellent? An excellent teacher has profound knowledge, dignified appearance, elegant demeanor, healthy body and noble teacher ethics. And the preschool education work requires me to pay double the love and patience.
I once taught such a student. When he stood in front of me for the first time, I can only say: As a parent, I feel distressed, but as a teacher, it is a bit of a headache. After getting to know the child for a while, I had a heart-to-heart talk with his parents. He is a child with manic tendencies: when he cannot find the page number in a book, he will tear the book into pieces and throw it away. After falling, he will step on his feet hard when he stands up, and cannot roll up his sleeves well. He would bite his arm hard, slap himself hard in the face because he couldn't fall asleep during his nap, and never communicated with anyone or said a word. None of the children in the class wanted to be friends with him, and no one wanted to play with him. Whenever I saw his lonely figure, I saw it in my eyes and felt anxious in my heart, so I tried to talk to him in a way that he could understand. Communicate, when he wants to tear the book, I will say: "Baby, let's take it slow, but don't tear it, otherwise it will hurt." When I see him fall, I will tell him: "This stone is so naughty. My baby fell, it doesn’t matter, let’s ignore it. The next time we see it, let’s jump over it to see if it can do any harm.” During his nap, I would lie next to him and pat him gently. Quietly sang a little song for him: "The stars in the sky are sparkling, like pairs of eyes, pairs of eyes..." Slowly he began to accept me. I remember that it was when he was fourth in my class. On Tuesday of this week, I saw him early in the morning and just as I was about to say good morning, he actually said loudly: Good morning, teacher! After being stunned, I hugged him excitedly. I was very happy that whole day. I even said to Teacher Yang, who was in the opposite class with me: Today is a memorable day. When school was over in the evening, I told the father of the child, "Baby knows." After saying hello to the teacher, his father also happily praised him. After that, many things fell into place. When he wanted to tear up the book, he would raise his head and look at me. When he wanted to hit himself, he would cry loudly to let me see it. He, when he was about to take a nap, would quietly come to my side, hold my clothes tightly and not let go. I knew that it was the love I invested in him that made him know that I could rely on him, and he would slowly go to work. The children there began to help him follow suit. When he started Taekwondo, some children would take the initiative to hold his hand and walk to the Taekwondo team, telling him where to put his uniform and shoes and how to wear his clothes. When he picked up his plate and ate, he was told what to do, and a smile began to appear on his face and he made friends. I am extremely pleased to see this. My child is so kind and makes me so proud. This child has also learned to say: thank you. I love every child I teach, and I see from them: people are inherently good in nature.
The smoke of history has passed by, and we look back on today. A teacher is both a teacher and a model, a person with high academic qualifications is a teacher, and a person with high moral standards is a model. Step up to the three-foot podium to teach and educate others; step down to the three-foot podium to be a role model for others. A successful teacher must use knowledge as the soil, rely on the earnest guidance of teachers and leaders, and the strong support of friends, so that every student in front of you can be sent to the palace of knowledge, and only then can he be a brick that supports the blue sky of education. A lamp is like a bean, and the four walls are green. In an age of rampant materialism, I am willing to guard a piece of pure land, be content with a three-foot podium, and write "teacher ethics" with love.
