Ma Fuyang was born in1March, 927, from Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province. Enlisted in February, 1947. During the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea, Ma Fuyong, then the instructor of the 5th Company of the 26th Regiment of the Volunteer Artillery 1 Division, recorded the soldiers' voices, and later revised and supplemented them, and wrote a resolution in the form of poetry.
