Feeling after class

A few days ago, I attended the first class of the teacher's "Research on Basic Theory of Educational Technology", and I gained a lot and felt a lot in my heart.

First of all, academically, Mr Jiao has opened a brand-new window for us. Why do you say that? Because most of us have entered the field of educational technology. However, we have just started, which may be due to the training mode or mechanism of undergraduate course. As for how to deeply understand our field, how to find the problems in the field, how to solve these problems and so on. We may only have a little contact when we do our undergraduate thesis. In class, Teacher Jiao has made some expansion on this issue. First of all, Mr Jiao gave us a detailed introduction to the objectives and plans of the course. Then Teacher Jiao asked us to discuss the following three questions: 1, what is technology? 2. What is the relationship between technology and science? 3. Why does education need technology? We had a heated discussion on these three issues and their unfolding problems (such as whether instinct is technology, etc.). I gained a lot in the discussion. No matter what the conclusion of separating these three problems is, in fact, when these three problems are linked together, the origin, reasons for existence and research fields of educational technology are obvious. And this, I think, is also the original intention of Teacher Jiao to raise these three questions. Maybe when we were undergraduates, our teachers all talked about this. But it's far away for me. Now Mr Jiao has brought up this topic from another angle, which shows me something new. It's as if we entered a big house and the door closed again, but Teacher Jiao opened a window for us, through which the light shone, and we could observe the things in the house again.

Secondly, in class, Mr Jiao's teaching methods give me a refreshing feeling. Teacher Jiao's classes are mostly taught by our students, except for a few that need his explanation. As I mentioned above, Mr Jiao raised three questions for us to discuss, and he acted as a guide to connect the whole class. Although I have experienced this kind of discussion class in my undergraduate course, it always seems a little calm. But the class taught by Teacher Jiao is very lively, not a discussion, but a debate. The collision of people's thinking in debate can particularly stimulate brain activity, and this collision often improves our own thinking. As for the process of thinking, no one cares. Everyone can learn something from their own or others' debates. The teaching effect can be said to be excellent. This opened my eyes. Actually, I know the root of this: Jiao studied under Professor Sang Xinmin, and Professor Sang paid special attention to the cultivation of students' critical thinking ability (my cousin is also a student of Professor Sang, and she told me about this), so I am looking forward to Jiao's class. In this class, I finally realized that Mr. Jiao is really a good instructor. My only regret is that I didn't take part in the debate, although I had many ideas. Maybe I'm still not used to this argument.

Finally, Teacher Jiao gave us a lot of advice about the life of graduate students in the next three years, which made me clear the way I want to go. "Using educational technology to learn and study educational technology" is my main work in the next three years. I also believe that I can make some achievements in this respect, and I will temporarily take classes for my sick colleagues today.

When I first arrived in the classroom, I found that there were so many small cadres in the class. Everyone was very loud when he was in charge of the class, for fear that the whole class would not hear her voice after him. For naughty children, ask loudly, and the classroom is crowded with people. During class, I found that the desks and chairs in the classroom were not arranged neatly and the desktop was in a mess. Different hurry-scurry. When the whole class quieted down and gradually entered the classroom teaching, the students spoke actively. Language expression is also very active. The students generously shared their teaching materials with their teachers. This class gives me the impression that I study well, but my study habits and listening attitude should be strengthened in future teaching.

There is little difference in intelligence between children. With the increase of age and the improvement of psychological endurance, psychological development will improve steadily. The differences in intelligence will gradually narrow. On the contrary, the formation of early habits will play a lasting and positive role in the middle and late stages of primary school. Therefore, special attention should be paid to the cultivation of students' habits and routines in the teaching of various subjects. This is the most fundamental focus of our basic education.

Different things give you different experiences. As long as you are good at observation and careful analysis, you will promote your own progress.

Today, I told two classes of students about He Qifang's Autumn, saying that autumn is a beautiful modern lyric poem. I like it very much and prepared a very beautiful courseware for the children. Let students enjoy beautiful poems and beautiful pictures. And the effect of the class is self-evaluation. Generally speaking, it is good, but there are also some problems. 1 1 class, I feel that I am not fully prepared. They were supposed to have the third class in the afternoon, so they were temporarily transferred to the first class in the morning. So this class, I am anxious and chaotic (for example, 1 1 class, I didn't give them anything to appreciate poetry from the perspective of hearing, sight and taste).

(1) What should I do if the students are not active in raising their hands?

-How to make students raise their hands to speak more actively?

However, the students in 1 1 class were not active enough to raise their hands, which also dampened my enthusiasm in class to some extent. After the students recite the full text of the poem collectively, I guide the students to think about what scenery you see in the poem and what pictures these landscapes make up, so that the students can describe the scenery you see in their own words. 1 1 The class was slow and the students refused to raise their hands to speak. Under my demonstration, only a few people raised their hands. And in class 12, more students will answer my questions soon.

In fact, the people in 1 1 class are not more stupid than those in 12 class, but these students are a little reserved and don't like to talk. Therefore, how to better mobilize 1 1 class students to speak is still a problem that I need to think about and solve. Maybe the topic I designed is not simple enough. Maybe I should give them more thoughts and encouragement and speak more encouraging language. Maybe I should implement more incentive measures to make students feel the joy of raising their hands to speak.

Usually, I ask the whole class to give two warmest applause to the students who answered well, and to encourage the students who dared to speak and answered incorrectly. But for these encouraging stimuli, I thought it was more effective at first, and gradually it had no effect. Therefore, I said that the teacher award is useless, as if to use punishment. So I asked the class representative to record the students' speeches. When I said I was speaking, the teacher made a statistic. If I raise my hand and speak actively for a period of time, the teacher can give spiritual and even some small material encouragement. If I don't speak actively, the teacher will be punished, do more homework, or maybe clap my hand. As soon as the words went on, the hands of the students in both classes increased a lot. Because it is good to do less homework, for the first time, I rewarded the students who raised their hands in two classes to copy their homework twice less. So the students who raised their hands to speak were very happy.

/kloc-students in class 0/2 prefer to talk, and they are more active after my transfer. The students like my Chinese class very much. In my Chinese class, I feel very relaxed. I can raise my hand and speak better. Sometimes I even feel a little too relaxed and overheated. The students' mood is too high for me. They seem a little tired. For example, when the whole class recites collectively, the sound is particularly loud. For such a beautiful poem as Autumn, it is inappropriate to recite it aloud. However, due to the high mood of students, the involuntary students are too loud. After several times of students' high spirits, I obviously feel that the students in Class 12 are a little tired in today's Chinese class.

Some people will wonder why there are so many high-spirited people. That's because I inserted many beautiful pictures into the courseware. After reading it, the students all liked it and were very excited. They are all crying. Especially the students in class 12 are a little too relaxed. 1 1 The students in class are a little confused because this poem is my first time in class. /kloc-the students in class 0/2 are so excited that they seem a little messy. Because of this, I feel that the beauty of poetry has been destroyed by me to some extent.

The problem of a class of students is that they can't let go, and the problem of a class of students is too open. I need to make a coordination and neutralization here. How to solve this problem? I think I need to formulate a set of effective reward and punishment measures and put them into practice. Set different requirements for different students to raise their hands and speak. If they can't finish the task of raising their hands within a certain time, they will be punished. I must give them hard praise and encouragement for their good performance.

Especially for the students in 1 1 class who are not active in raising their hands, I must try to change. I talked to the master about the problem that 1 1 class is not active in raising their hands, and the master taught me another trick. The master said that if they refused to talk, they could call their names and let them answer, especially some good students. If the answer is correct, you will be severely criticized for your bad attitude, so you will speak. It is said that this trick is quite effective, and now the situation in the master's English class 1 1 is quite good. I think I can try. . As for the students in 12 class, I also need to guide them well to make my class a free and easy class. I believe I can do it, hehe, come on!

(B) "Autumn" advantages and disadvantages of preparing lessons

Advantages:

1. Clever combination of intuitive thinking and indirect thinking

There are many beautiful words in the poem Autumn, which outline a rich and beautiful picture for us. When preparing lessons, I regard the appreciation of these beautiful words as the focus of poetry teaching. In order to help students appreciate and understand the artistic conception of these words better and more vividly, I found many beautiful pictures. This has both advantages and disadvantages. Pictures can help students understand the language of poetry, and at the same time, they will also constrain students' imagination. How to solve this contradiction? I thought of a way to let students feel the beauty brought by words first, let them sketch those pictures in their own minds, and then show them pictures to enhance their sense of image, understanding and memory. I think it's good to combine my intuitive thinking and indirect thinking to understand the teaching design of poetry. In this way, students like this poem better because they fully feel the beautiful picture in it.

2. Some thoughts: Is "habitat" anthropomorphic or quasi-physical?

Regarding the word "habitat", when I told the students, I said that the author used anthropomorphic rhetoric. The word "perch" means to stay and rest (mostly birds), because "perch" and "rest" are human actions, so they are anthropomorphic rhetoric. But when I was talking about it, my heart still thumped. I thought it was ok to say it was quasi-object here, but the concept of "quasi-object" was not very clear at that time, so it was not convenient to say it. Since the faculty said it was anthropomorphic, it would be anthropomorphic. But then I found out in the Dictionary of Words that the editor here thought that "habitat" used the rhetoric of "imitation", which puzzled me. Is this "habitat" personified or imitated? So I went online to read some related information. After further understanding the rhetoric of "imitation", I think the word "residence" is actually understood from different angles, and both rhetoric methods are valid. But when we speak, we should emphasize the rhetoric of "imitation" to students, because it is easier to master. As for the rhetoric of "imitation", it is more appropriate to speak when there are more typical examples.

Disadvantages:

(1) There are too many pictures.

It is certainly a good thing to let pictures help students understand poetry, but after today's teaching, I found that I was looking for a little more pictures. Judging from the expression of students' fatigue because of being too excited, I feel that I am looking for a little more pictures, which makes students feel aesthetic fatigue. This is unacceptable, so when I have time, I need to streamline my pictures.

(2) There are some mistakes in the third paragraph of the poetry courseware.

Some knowledge points are that they are not careful in preparing lessons, so that some pronunciation. For example, I typed the words in the third paragraph clearly. For example, some pictures are out of order. Fortunately, because of time, I didn't have time to tell the students the third paragraph in detail, so let me perfect it tonight.
