From: Li Bai's Dream of Climbing Mount Tianmu in the Tang Dynasty.
Original: and the bright moon shines on my shadow, and I come to Yanhe.
The moonlight of Jinghu Lake shone on my shadow and accompanied me to Tongxi.
Appreciation: Tianmu Mountain is near Tunxi. According to legend, climbers have heard the singing of the immortal Tianmu Mountain, hence the name. Tianmu Mountain is opposite to Tiantai Mountain, with steep peaks. Looking up at it is like looking up at the sky and falling into a fairyland, which is easy to arouse tourists' reverie.
Poetry theme
This is a dream poem as well as a fairy poem. On the grounds of remembering dreams, this poem expresses the desire for light and freedom, the dissatisfaction with the dark reality, and the indomitable spirit of resistance. The poet uses rich and peculiar imagination and bold exaggeration to form a sleepwalking picture that is both virtual and real, and the virtual and the real coexist.
The whole poem is rigorous in conception, magnificent in artistic conception, rich in twists and turns, brilliant in image, deep and intense in emotion and full of romanticism. Its form is mixed with miscellaneous words, and it also uses Sao style. It is not bound by statutes, and its pen is free from the system, which is called peerless masterpiece.
