There are several clouds floating in the sky.
There is a breeze blowing on the ground.
Ah!
The breeze blows my hair,
Teach me how to miss her.
.
Moonlight loves the ocean,
The ocean fell in love with the moonlight.
Ah!
Such a honey-like silver night,
Teach me how to miss her.
.
The fallen flowers on the water flow slowly.
Fish swim slowly downstream.
Ah!
Swallow, what did you say?
Teach me how to miss her.
.
Dead trees shake in the cold wind,
Wildfire burns in the twilight.
Ah!
There is still some afterglow in the west.
Teach me how to think about her!
Brief analysis:
Teach me how not to think about her was written by Liu Bannong from 65438 to 0920 when he was studying at the University of London. It was at the beginning of the May 4th Movement in China, and vernacular poetry was still in its infancy. However, once the poem returned to China, it was widely circulated because of its harmonious phonology and fluent language, and was set to music by the famous linguist Zhao Yuanren in 1926, becoming a classic. It ranks 11th in the list of modern poetry online, and the first place is Yu Guangzhong's Homesickness.
The whole poem is divided into four sections, each with five lines and three meals, and the third line is independently lined with an exclamation "ah" to strengthen the tone. Each section begins with China's traditional "Bi Xing" technique, and the theme is rendered with the sentence "Teach me how to miss her".
The main points of this poem are: first, the language is easy to understand, plain as words, the sentence rhythm is even, concise and smooth; Second, before each festival, the two lines are not stagnant with different rhymes, and the last two lines are fixed with the same rhyme; Third, the inter-festival antithesis is neat, the structure is consistent, the feelings are promoted layer by layer, and the melody is full. Therefore, once poetry came out, it was not only sung by music, but also recited by music, which has influenced it so far and has become a rare treasure in poetry since the May 4th Movement.
The poem "Teach me how not to think about her" adopts the repetition and metaphor of traditional ballads as a whole, but the language is modern and the artistic conception is novel, and it also draws lessons from some associations and hints of western symbolic poems. The writing of quasi-words and the integration of folk songs are out-and-out modern vernacular poems, which can be described as the perfect unity of three styles and three aesthetic factors. However, this poem also has some shortcomings, such as the number of words is too stiff, and the sentences are not implicit enough. However, we can still regard it as a successful work.
In addition, Liu Bannong initiated the use of the word "she" in this poem, which promoted the enrichment and development of modern languages and was widely praised by people. Some people say that "she" in the poem refers to the motherland, which is not far-fetched.
Gossip: I just can't figure out why works that are so simple and fluent and can be memorized or even recited after reading several times have almost disappeared in today's poetry world. There are profound works everywhere, disgusting and unintelligible.
