What is a haiku?

Haiku originated in Japan, formerly known as Haiku. Since the Meiji era, it changed its name from Masaoka Shiki to Haiku. Representative writers include Matsuo Bashō and Shantouhuo. The Chinese translation style is called "Hanuo".

Haiku is generally composed of "5,7,5" sentences *** 17 syllables, but there are also sentences with more or less than 17 syllables. In addition, there should be "seasonal language" in haiku. The so-called seasonal language refers to words that can express the four seasons of spring, summer, autumn and winter.
