Tagore's The Road to Children (Excerpt)

18: 43 On July 27th, a child's heart can really fly to the sky, but at least I think so. My daughter always asks me: When can I become a real fairy and fly around in the sky? My son thinks wearing a red cloak can really fly like Superman. I told my daughter: to be a fairy, you must be kind, willing to help others, smart, brave, independent and strong ... I told my son: Superman was strong when he was a child and would not cry because he fell. Superman was very friendly when he was a child. He never robbed other people's toys ...; So they all strive to be fairies or superman, hoping to fly to the sky one day.

Children really say a lot of clever things, otherwise how can they attract the attention of the whole family from birth? Every time he expresses, even vaguely, he is praised by his elders as a milestone in his growth.

A child's crying is an expression. If he is hungry or sleepy, how can he communicate with adults without crying? This is a child. They have the privilege, he can daydream, say the wrong thing, coquetry and cry, but he is still cute and still loved.

When you become a mother, you can appreciate the artistic conception of Tagore's poems. Put the child on your lap, Doby. Guess where he comes from and what he thinks. Kiss him. He is cute from top to bottom and from the inside out.
