I love the campus
I like to walk around the campus alone, feel the freshness of the campus alone and appreciate its little changes. In the morning, at noon and at dusk, she presents different elegance and harmony at different times. Walking on the tree-lined path, from time to time there will be gray magpies passing by and landing on the lawn, strolling leisurely, not afraid of people approaching. No matter where you look, you will see the tranquility and harmony of nature. Under her thick green, there are surprises every day.
The lilacs in full bloom in front of the teaching building are always fragrant, which makes people stop to look for petals that can make their dreams come true. There are always girls who love flowers who quietly pick one or two bunches and put them in books or bottles. The fragrance immediately permeates all around. Don't daydream in the floating world.
In the morning after the rain, the lawn beside the tree-lined path was covered with a layer of lilac phoenix flowers. Although the petals have withered, Youzi exudes a strong fragrance. The breeze brushed my face and gave me a fragrance, but it was different from the phoenix tree fragrance, light and more pleasant. Following the fragrance of flowers, it turned out to be Sophora japonica scattered in the yard. I was slightly surprised to see clusters of all-white and slightly green Sophora japonica on the tree. Sophora japonica has been in bloom and has been here for more than a month before I know it. Oh, my hometown should also smell of Sophora japonica, and I can't help but feel homesick.
There are some yellow wild flowers in the open space by the roadside. Did the spring breeze quietly sow the seeds? Wow, there is a whole lawn over there! Young branches and stems are swaying in the wind. On the green background, petals keep blinking at you like stars in the sky. I feel so cute and naive, as tender as a child's skin.
Several green maple trees in the central garden provide thick shade for the people around. This is the peach blossom garden for children, students and the elderly. Children who can't walk greet each other in a stroller with special language, while older children can't wait to get rid of their mother's arms and learn to walk. The children who came back from school laughed and played by the rockery fountain. Occasionally you can see a group of kindergarten children passing by. Two teachers, one behind the other, pulled a rope in the middle, and many circles were tied to the rope. The children hold the ring and walk forward, but they never look at the road. Their dark eyes look around, full of curiosity, and sometimes they open their mouths and say childish things. Seeing these innocent children, I always can't help laughing, and I feel like a child again. Old people beat Tai Ji Chuan, took a walk, spent time with their granddaughters and grandchildren, and talked about their family. Look at their rosy cheeks and kind faces. The wrinkles on their foreheads are full of wisdom and hardships in life, which makes me feel more peaceful and calm after the experience.
Take the central garden as the symmetry point, surrounded by quaint teaching buildings. The combination of Chinese and western architecture and towering trees is particularly tacit. The cornices, creaking wooden floors and white-haired professors tell the ancient vicissitudes and long history of the campus. And there are countless flowers blooming everywhere in the middle, white, pink, scarlet, yellow and colorful. You don't need to know the name of the flower, you just need to appreciate it with your heart. They decorate the campus scenery with their most beautiful faces and decorate their mood with flowers.
The campus is quiet, and there are no crowded people coming and going on the road, just like a festival, but students are studying hard with books at the tree-lined path, Little Square, stone benches and stone tables. They are so devoted that even the occasional children's frolicking and the passing of classmates after class can't distract them. This is the most vibrant scenery on campus, the essence of their four-season cycle with the campus sunrise and sunset, absorbing the aura of nature and fighting for knowledge.
