According to legend, a long time ago, an old farmer named Liu lived at the foot of Huangshan Mountain. The couple only have one son, named Liu Hai. Jiashan Nanhai Longwang has a daughter named Guqiao, who grew up in the Dragon Palace under the sea.
Once, the Dragon King took the ancient bridge to the Dragon Palace in Beihai for dinner, and the beautiful scenery on the way back and forth left a very good impression on her. Once, when the Dragon King went out, she turned into a golden toad, jumped out of the Bailongtan in Taohuaxi and landed on a green lotus leaf to watch the surrounding scenery. Just then, a fierce python came at her, and Liu Hai, who was chopping wood under the Peach Blossom Peak, saved her. When Jin Chan woke up, she knew that Liu Hai had saved her from Shekou. She spit out a dragon ball from her mouth and put it on the lotus leaf as a memorial to Liu Hai, then reluctantly jumped into the water and returned to the Dragon Palace.
Since then, Guqiao has deeply fallen in love with Liu Hai. One day, she missed Liu Hai so much that she secretly ran out of the Dragon Palace and became a golden toad, hoping to see Liu Hai again. Coincidentally, Liu Hai also came to Bailongtan, because that day he was going to cut down trees to build a house and cut down trees to herd cattle.
