The structure of this sachet is exactly the same as that of the hollowed-out flower-and-bird silver sachet. The whole body is carved with leaf patterns, and the upper and lower hemispheres are decorated with six gold-plated flowers, namely four bees, two bees and broken branches, and the mouth edge is decorated with creeping weed patterns, which are also gold-plated. This sachet is the largest one found at present, and some patterns are gilded, which makes it more luxurious. However, as far as the production technology is concerned, it seems that it is not as fine as hejia village's, which reflects the gap between the late Tang Dynasty and the prosperous Tang Dynasty.
Sachets are frequently recorded in ancient books, especially in the Tang Dynasty. I believe they were very popular in the upper class at that time and were still being made until the Northern Song Dynasty. According to "Notes on the Old Learning Temple", when Mrs. Bian Liang was in go on road trip, she often put a "small fragrant ball" in her sleeve. When cars passed by, cigarettes were like clouds and the dust was fragrant. Since it can be put in the sleeve, its internal structure should be similar to this one.
This sachet, together with the name recorded in the Treasure Clothes Account, proves that this utensil is the so-called "sachet" in the Tang Dynasty, and solves the problem of inaccurate naming in the past.
The fine craftsmanship of gold and silver vessels also affects its value. In order to distinguish between good and bad, a magnifying glass more than ten times is an indispensable tool.
After heating and tempering, the deformed silverware needs plastic repair.
Market valuation: 65,438 yuan+650,000 yuan.
Type: gold and silver
There is not much information about gold-plated and silver-plated sachets in the Tang Dynasty, and there are only a few articles about gold-plated and silver-plated sachets in the Tang Dynasty. So it seems that this thing is still complicated and unacceptable, but it is not a big problem, and good things are generally not very famous.
