First, Julu County Julu County was originally the land of Zhao. In 228 BC, after the Qin State destroyed the Zhao State, this county was established. The county seat of Julu County was in Julu, southwest of present-day Pingxiang County, Hebei Province. After the Han Dynasty, Julu County was reduced to the area north of Pingxiang and Jinzhou in Hebei Province. Second, Shanggu County Shanggu County was originally the land of Yan.
