Excavation of ancient books in Shandong construction site

The ancients often said that the deceased was the biggest, so they paid special attention to funerals. Whether it is the emperor's family or the official's family, their funerals should be glamorous and let the deceased rest in peace. It is precisely because of this that we can now find those well-preserved tombs, which have high archaeological value.

Construction workers came across the ancient tomb.

Xi is a magical place. Because many emperors built their capitals here, archaeologists also dug up many priceless treasures and some mysterious ancient tombs from the underground of Xi 'an. In 1950s, on a construction site near Liangjiazhuang in the west of Xi, construction workers accidentally dug up an ancient tomb, so they immediately reported it to the Cultural Relics Bureau. Archaeologists heard the news, but when they arrived at the scene, they found that the outer wall of the tomb had been unintentionally destroyed by workers, so experts immediately began to dig new rescues.

When archaeologists opened the mausoleum, they found that it was huge, not worse than the imperial tomb, which also aroused the curiosity of archaeologists. According to some cultural relics unearthed in the tomb, experts found that this is a thousand-year-old tomb of Sui Dynasty. Not only that, this ancient tomb has not been touched by grave robbers, so there should be many priceless funerary objects in it, and the owner of this ancient tomb is not a powerful imperial aristocrat, but a little girl who is only nine years old.

The owner of the grave, loved by thousands, died young.

Her name is Li, her mother is Dr. Zuo Guanglu of the Sui Dynasty, her father is the secretariat of the State of Qi, her grandfather is also a founding hero and a great star of the Sui Dynasty, and her great-grandfather is also famous. He is the general of the Northern Zhou Dynasty and the Duke of Hexi County. It can be said that her family has been famous heroes for generations, and Li Tiansheng is a charming girl who is loved by thousands. She grew up in the palace, and it's a pity that the little girl died in an accident at the age of nine. Yang Lihua, the Empress Dowager Zhou, was very sad. She asked for a beautiful funeral.

The terrible "curse" on the tombstone

Because of the limited information obtained from the epitaph, the expert decided to open the tomb, but what caught his attention was the words "open or dead" with a few drops of dried blood on it, which shocked everyone present. I don't know if this is a warning to grave robbers, or if there is really any vicious organ or curse in the coffin.

Even this group of experienced archaeologists can't help playing drums in the face of infiltration. You know, in that era of feudal superstition, there were many rumors of ghosts and gods' disorderly forces, and no one knew what was in the coffin, but it was impossible to ignore such a valuable ancient tomb. After some discussion, the archaeological team decided to continue digging. After making sure that there were no hidden mechanical devices inside, they carefully opened the grave.

What caught our attention was the skeleton of a thin girl. After mourning for her misfortune for a few minutes, the experts' attention was attracted by the priceless decorations and funerary objects. They know that this desperate decision to open the tomb door is extremely correct. This is not so much a coffin as a small palace. The tomb is 6.85 long and 2.9 wide, and the walls and decorations have been carefully carved by craftsmen. There is also a beautiful sarcophagus in it, beautifully decorated and prosperous enough to show the designer's love for the girl who died at the age of nine.

The scene in the sarcophagus is even more surprising. There are countless precious funerary objects here, including pottery figurines, exquisite ceramics, many jewels belonging to little girls, and even pearl jade articles paid by Persia. You know, during the Sui Dynasty, the jewels paid by Persia were extremely expensive and luxurious, even many princes and nobles could not enjoy them, but there were many in the tomb of this nine-year-old girl, which proved her noble status and was deeply loved. This discovery also amazed countless experts present.

The necklace worn on the girl's bones made all the archaeologists present ecstatic. It is inlaid with countless precious jewels, which are perfect in workmanship and necklace preservation. Moreover, the style of this necklace is very rare, with high reference value, belonging to a rare ancient tomb treasure. This is of great help and function for experts to study the history of Sui Dynasty.

Although all the experts present feel sorry for the situation of the nine-year-old girl, the deceased is gone, and the only thing we can do alive is to bury their bones properly.

I hope that the deceased will rest in peace, and I hope that experts in the future will find more valuable antiquities and help us find more historical stories about the ancients.
