"Eyebrow comments": refers to the comments or annotations written in the header of the book or at the top of the manuscript.
"Side criticism": refers to making comments next to the article
Meibei mainly solves the local problems of evaluating the article, including comments on words, words, sentences, punctuation or paragraphs, etc. Prompt, explain, analyze, and evaluate the advantages and disadvantages, and provide specific help and guidance to students with examples.
When using eyebrow marking, please note:
(1) Confirm the outstanding advantages and use short words such as "vivid", "powerful" and "good" to encourage students.
(2) Inspiring language. Guide students to discover problems, find and analyze the causes of errors, and think about how to improve them. For example, in response to "This happy thing happened on January 10th this year, it was a beautiful and sunny day." The teacher's comment was "What season is January 10th? There may be enough sunshine." "The weather is warmer, but is it appropriate to use 'Wind and Sunshine'?" Point out the shortcomings in a deliberation tone, prompting students to actively think and revise seriously.
(3) The language should be clear, specific, practical and targeted. At the same time, this part of the text can be marked with a red pen so that students can compare and check it to avoid empty words and clichés that will make students confused.
Usage of "side comments":
Making some comments beside the article is a good way to read. In addition to what is mentioned, you can also write down what you think when you read this and record your truest feelings.
