First, the work of teachers' morality is too floating.

The lack of routine and thematic education and learning process leads to teachers' original attitude towards education, teaching and students, and even deviates from the original basic requirements. Some teachers sometimes yell at their students and start work.

The construction of teachers' morality should be combined with reality, subject-oriented, mechanism-based, supervision-based, typical examples-based and learning-based, so that teachers' morality can truly become the first lesson for teachers, and efforts should be made to solve teachers' immoral and anomie behaviors and promote their all-round development.

Second, the work of attendance assessment is not standardized.

From the analysis of the attendance results of a semester, there is a big gap in the attendance results of teachers, which shows that teachers' understanding of attendance is not standardized and there are loopholes in attendance work. Some teachers often go through the back door and don't sign in. Some teachers swipe their cards instead and leave the campus after signing in. Even during the review period, there are very few teachers who are absent from class, and the control of going out is not standardized. From the analysis of performance appraisal work in one semester, the performance appraisal system exists, but it needs to be improved and unified management.

The publicity of attendance results is relatively normal, and other assessment results are a little behind. Teachers have a high sense of identity with performance appraisal, but the role of performance appraisal in promoting the independent development of leading teachers needs to be strengthened.

Third, the ability to teach scientific research is not enough.

Since the beginning of school, I have participated in several large-scale teaching and research activities organized by the teaching department, personally declared topics, and wrote blogs and teaching papers. I deeply feel that I have not read enough, lack research spirit and lack in-depth reflection. Fortunately, with the participation of different levels of work, under the guidance of Dean Li and the help of my colleagues, I will definitely make progress.

Fourth, the teaching work is not thorough.

Under the guidance of President Li, and with the joint efforts of all teachers and cadres, the Guidance Office has done a lot of concrete and meticulous work, but I personally lack advanced thinking, careful arrangement, effective implementation, timely reflection and concrete analysis.

1. The teaching routine is irregular. There is a lack of timely and continuous supervision over teachers' implementation of teaching routines, such as: teachers' implementation of class schedules, use of audio-visual education, reading, listening to lectures, etc. You can't check the teaching routine every week and every day. Inspection is the implementation of work, inspection is an effective means to promote the implementation of routines, and inspection is for guidance.

2. Lesson preparation is not thorough. From the municipal teaching work and the county art discipline inspection, we can see that there is a certain gap in the quality of lesson preparation in various subjects, and there is also a big gap in the quality of the same subject. The format of lesson plans is not standardized and unified, and the lesson plans of music, physical education, art and other professional disciplines are not serious, which is manifested in the fact that the same group prepares lessons in name only, and sometimes it is inaction and invalid, which leads to teachers' lack of dedication.

There are two phenomena in "self-study guidance" and "teaching plan" of Chinese, mathematics and English teachers. In the study of "self-study guidance", there are two phenomena: "I don't know how to ask" and "I don't want to delve into it if I understand it". The participation of all teachers is not standardized, which hinders the overall promotion of classroom teaching after preview with the main purpose of cultivating students' autonomous learning habits and ability development.

3. Classroom teaching is not thick. There is a big gap between the classroom teaching of music, physical education and art teachers. Some teachers can listen carefully, while others can buy whatever they can without listening carefully. There is a phenomenon that the number of teachers in science, morality and other courses is "halved". Although Chinese, math and English teachers have made some improvements in the classroom, they are unwilling to let students learn independently. They can organize students to learn independently, but they are still empty talk in the classroom. The whole class lacks planning and compactness, and the teaching efficiency is not high.

4. The homework design is inaccurate. Teachers don't have enough research on homework, so they can't make overall arrangements, effectively integrate and design uniquely. Although the burden on students is reduced to some extent, there is still a certain burden.

5. Poor counseling methods for students with learning difficulties. With the gradual familiarity between teachers and students from half a semester to a semester, it should be more conducive to teaching students in accordance with their aptitude. But teachers gradually lose patience with helping students with learning difficulties, and think that helping the elderly is ineffective, and the more they help, the more backward they are. Personally, according to different students, we must prescribe the right medicine. Before teaching, adults must be above talent, starting from non-intellectual factors, and sincerely care for them. Even if the results are not ideal, the psychology of teachers and students is sunny.

6. Teaching research has no characteristics. * * * The after-class evaluation of enjoyment class is not leading enough, the guidance of normal classroom teaching is not strong, and the participation of group discussion is not wide. After preview, the study of classroom teaching topics is superficial.

7. Lack of interest in interest activities. Under the arrangement of the guidance office, the leaders such as Director Tang Chuanfei, Director Sun Yonggeng and Chairman Jun Tang suffered a lot, but the teachers were not interested and were not unified. Some subject teachers even resisted, and the number was small, and the activity effect was not obvious.

Fifth, the grade management work is not in place.

I am very willing to accept the fifth place in the grade group assessment. I am ashamed of the hard work of Director Wu Xuefeng for one semester. There is a big gap between the two offices, and I have not done a good job in daily guidance and supervision.

Sixth, personal teaching has regressed.

From 50 to 70 students, from primary school to primary school, from mid-term exam to final exam, my overall feeling is: I am very involved in classroom teaching and love students very much. The students were lovely after two exams and achieved satisfactory results. The comprehensive quality of students has been significantly improved. At the end of the period, I paid little attention to the students with learning difficulties in the class, which led to a slight decline in the overall performance of the class. At the same time, I look forward to and am glad that my peers have really surpassed me.

7. Make a breakthrough in the work direction next semester.
