Why should we write in order?

Not writing in the order of strokes will not only affect his neat and beautiful writing, but also hinder his memory of glyphs. I think we should pay attention to the following points:

First, pay attention to the teaching of strokes step by step.

Chinese characters are composed of different strokes. The basic strokes of Chinese characters are "point, horizontal, vertical, skimming, pressing and lifting". Writing strokes well is the premise for students to write correctly. The derivation of strokes-repetition should also be emphasized, such as: horizontal folding, horizontal skimming, horizontal structure, vertical folding, vertical lifting, vertical hook, horizontal folding hook, horizontal lifting, horizontal oblique hook, horizontal bending hook, vertical folding hook and horizontal skimming. First of all, tell the children that these strokes are also written one by one. Which stroke is written first and which stroke is written later in a word is called stroke order. Therefore, it is the first step to correctly understand and distinguish the order of strokes.

Second, pay attention to stroke order and memory, and give children fun.

Mastering the rules of Chinese characters' stroke order and frame structure is the premise of writing correctly, symmetrically and beautifully. Ren Zhengxing, a famous contemporary calligrapher, once said: "Writing in order of strokes is not only easy to write well, but also can improve the writing speed." As the saying goes, "Fiona Fang can't be Fiona Fang without rules", which shows the importance of stroke order. The Standard of Stroke Order of Commonly Used Characters in Modern Chinese stipulates the basic rules of stroke order: "top-down, left-to-right, first horizontal and then vertical, first left and then down, first outside and then inside, first advanced and then closed, first middle and then both sides". These hidden rules (stroke order teaching) are a key point in literacy teaching, and writing according to the correct stroke order is a basic ability. It is helpful for students to improve their writing speed after mastering seven strokes.

We should also pay attention to the special groups in Chinese character writing, that is, easy-to-mistake strokes, such as strokes next to the vertical center and strokes next to the car characters. In this kind of teaching, we should make students concentrate and inspire them to "criticize" the Monkey King, which can not only improve students' overall attention, but also stimulate their desire for expression.

There is no end to learning and teaching, and each of us needs to take the teaching of stroke order seriously.
